We love this trampoline! Once assembled, it is strong, safe and a great way to exercise. My family has spent many hours playing on it, and everyone loves it. The basketball hoop is a real hit! The only reason I didn't give this five stars is that my husband had to drill some holes in the legs during assembly, since they were missing. Also, if he hadn't had his own tools, we couldn't have put this together using the tools they send with it. It took us about 4 hours to put it together. I recommend finding someone who is a builder/fixer who has good tools and knows what they're doing to do the assembly. It takes at least two competent people to assemble it correctly. ... show more

It’s easier to put together with two people. Follow the directions and it goes pretty quick it took 2 of us 2 and a half hours to put together with kids trying to use it. The basketball hoop could be a little more sturdy but it works. Putting the net on was the hardest part. It takes a lot of time you have to feed the string in and out of the net to attach it. They reached out to us after seeing our review and are sending us all new parts and a gift. Great company! I would definitely buy from them again. All the poles are bending and breaking just 1.5 months after we’ve put it up. The entrance pole just completely snapped. We purchased this trampoline as our family’s big Christmas present last year. The weather in our area did not permit us to put it together until March 2023. Upon completion of putting it together, we tried to move it to its permanent spot. The trampoline bent almost in half. I emailed customer service and got an almost immediate, positive response even though it had been over 3 months since I purchased the trampoline. Replacement parts were sent very quickly and putting it together was faster the second time around. We have been enjoying it ever since.
