Simply put, this device WORKS. I noticed significantly marked improvement less than 8hrs after the first treatment! When I first received this device I was in so much pain, and there was a huge lesion on my lip, and some redness. After using this device, the lesion has mostly dissipated. the redness has significantly reduced, and there is no more pain. It has gotten even better with the second treatment. I'm not currently using any antiviral medication because I did before and nothing really changed. It went away for maybe a day or two, then came right back, which was frustrating. Especially because before this year, never have had to deal with cold sores. So, I'm only using an immune health support supplement, and taking some NSAIDs, in addition to using the red light therapy. I'm so glad I took a chance on this device; it is definitely a game-changer. For first 24hrs I am doing 3 treatments per day for 5 minutes at a time. By day 2 I would like to be doing 3 treatments @ 3 minutes a day. For those complaining about the price, please do your research on the top brands for these kinds of devices before complaining. This one is practically a steal and I would encourage grabbing one before it catches on and they raise the price. The main leading brand for this type of device costs $350 before taxes; So the price point for this one is barely ¼ of that, if that. Not gonna lie, the lower price actually made me a bit skeptical, but I took a chance anyway. I'm glad I did, because it seems to work just as well as the top leading brand that is $350. Also worth noting, I did also use it on my top left foot, due to having a little pain when I first got home from work last night. I used it on that area for around 3 minutes, and by the time I woke up today, the pain is completely gone! Mind you, I did not take any pain meds befofe going to bed last night! It's literally as if the pain was never there! And usually this pain can last for a couple days! Already gone after one treatment! Will update if there are any issus, but so far, so good. This thing is a lifesaver.

This item comes with several extra accessories and a nice storage case. I like that it has multiple light modes, since some research suggests that certain wavelengths are better for different purposes.

The product never work out of the box. Ordered a replacement and it never worked. It comes in a very nice case with everything in one place, sunglasses, components, batteries and battery charger with the unit itself. However, neither the unit, the batteries or the battery charger. so.....a lot of work to sell a defective item.

Great red light therapy. Very bright. Does everything it’s supposed to. Has done wonders on my scaring. Slow process. Don't expect overnight Miracles for any red light though. Note: You can’t see near Infared light. They should state that. I thought it was broken at first.

The description before buying showed features, bu no description how to use it and no peer review published articles. I bought it anyway and the packaging instructions only showed how to turn it on and off and change settings. The videos were of no use and extremely unprofessional. I was going to use it for mouth ulcer which my MD said could last 10-14 days. The online instruction said it will speed up healing by 2/3 days, but that can't be verified if you don't know how long it will last. When I tried it, my cheeks by the ulcers got very hot. I sent it back.
