I have been using Sunny hair extensions for about about two years and absolutely love the quality of the hair for the money. I purchase several shades of blonde and my extensionist intermingles them together for a stunning look. I have very little and extremely fine hair on my head. I am more of a reconstruction as opposed to just creating more volume. The extensions totally change my look. My hair goes from short, limp and ugly to gorgeous. I am in my 60's and the hair takes years off of me. Recently I purchased the mini tapes and the results were fabulous. They can be used at the wider mini width, which is still narrower than the regular size, as well as folded into the tiny mini. My extensionist had previously cut small pieces from larger ones, but these new mini's lay so much smoother to my head and are virtually non-detectable to the eye. For the first time I can now have sexy long bangs. The texture of Sunny's hair is fine, similar to my own hair, which makes it a great match. The hair does thin down towards the end, but this also looks more realistic for those of us with fine hair. If you want it fuller at the ends, just by more length and trim it off. It is still well priced if one does that. The hair remains soft and does NOT blow up or have excessive shedding, from one replacement to the next. I have been wearing hair extensions consistently for the last ten years. Sunny's hair is a good buy for the money. I highly recommend them. I hope Sunny comes out with more shades of blonde mini's, as I mix solids, two tones and hombre in my hair each time and now the mini along with the regular tape in size and my hair looks fabulous. Everyone comments on its beauty. Now with the addition of the mini's even my best friends who know I wear extensions can not tell they are there. This was the first time I saw that the mini's were available. I hope they remain in and expand the line and shorten the delivery date of them to match availability of their regular size tape-ins. I just had these removed yesterday at the 6 week mark. Initial impressions: I was very pleased with the purchase. These extensions are very soft, much thicker than expected, and looked/felt pretty great. I didn't want to spend the hundreds of dollars on Hotheads extensions which is what my mom and sister both recommend. They only have to replace with new once a year. So, I ordered two packs of the SunnyHair and my stylist used all of them, but one. My head was SO incredibly full of hair. My natural hair is shoulder length and very thin so this was a huge improvement. They were long, soft and looked totally natural! Even though they were a bit lighter than I expected, they blended with my natural hair color nicely and almost created a balayage effect. I did have a hard time curling these. There was SO much hair it was difficult to do anything but blow dry & straighten. Present day impressions: Overall these did the job, for about 6 weeks. Typically this is the time to move extensions up on the hair, but mine unfortunately were very very frizzy. DRY and nearly unmanageable. They needed replaced entirely. I couldn't get them to curl or straighten. They just ended up being a big fuzzy nuisance. However, the tape on these are incredible! BUT it took my stylist/mom almost 3 hours to remove 19 extensions and wash multiple times to get the glue and mats out of my natural hair. Apparently with the Hotheads tape in extensions this is never an issue. Those are much more expensive, but last longer and easier to remove! So you get what you pay for. I did purchase another pack of these to add to the old ones at my appointment, but the older ones were so much lighter in color than originally and too frizzy to use. Instead I added one pack of new 16" and my head feels much lighter and more maintainable this time! I'm glad we didn't use two packs on my hair this time around! I will update with how the new ones hold up considering they are nearly half of what I had on the past 6 weeks. ... show more

The quality of these extensions blew me away they’re affordable and last! I’ve had them in for a month now with no slips I’ve also swam in them several times and you’d never tell really wowed by these will deff be ordering again!

This product was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. I have never had tape in extensions so I wanted to "try" them. I lucked out and the color was perfect, an exact match to my hair! The tape held up really well and removed easily with a removing product. I washed my hair 2/3x a week using Matrix Goal Lengths Shampoo/Conditioner and Leave in hair treatment as well as Moroccan Oily on a daily basis so I feel that I cared well for them, though I had never had them before and since have learned the do's and dont's of extension care. At the 8 week mark I noticed extensions were becoming harder to manage. They became very dry, tangled very easily, a LOT of shedding to the point they have significantly thinned out and are 1 to 2 inches shorter due to breakage. They also would no longer hold a curl. I would buy again for a short term basis but have decided to try a higher quality brand for this next round. ... show more
