    • 3 adjustable straps. Fits my high arch feet with no break-in period.
This sandal comes with 3 adjustable straps. The ankle strap and then the two that go near your toes. When I first put them on, one of the straps was very tight and I was able to adjust it exactly to my foot height. I have a high arch and it's hard to find shoes that fit. These fit perfectly after I adjusted the straps. Footbed is very comfortable. I didn't need to break them in, they fit immediately after I did the adjustments. ... show more

These sandals are very comfortable. I expected the sole of the shoe to have more sponge, but it’s still comfortable the way it is. I like T-strap sandals, because I feel like they elongate the leg and are flattering. The Velcro is good and strong and also makes them super adjustable. LOVE these Taos sandals. They're perfect for me and I can't say enough about their lightweight comfort that manages to be incredibly supportive, all while looking beautiful. The back strap that lays against the achilles is soft and supportive and I almost forget I'm wearing anything on my feet, which is a miracle considering I'm in a good bit of pain due to plantar fasciitis and mid foot arthritis. I purchased these for a trip to France. I walked almost 5 mi a day and had zero problems. The first day I developed a little blister on the bottom of my foot, but if I'd broken them in prior to leaving I wouldn't have had that problem. They're very comfortable & go with everything.
