Looked like it had been repackaged and I got a returned item. There was no tape on the box and the plastic inside looked handled. Had a mark on the star and is not very heavy. Maybe it’s because I got the smaller one, I don’t know. So I have this award to hand out and can not return it now. Had this same issue with a medallion medal but most of Amazon items seem to be imports and quality is declining. 😞 ... show more
