Colors are good - more light & bright then what we had. California King is what we needed for our king, it covers more on the sides and the length. Soft cotton finish. It's definitely more like the thinness of a traditional bed spread/coverlet - we will be adding a thick warm blanket under for the fall/winter months. Overall a nice bed cover.

I needed something inexpensive and easy to wash. I have a cat that barfs with alarming regularity; and a few nights ago she barfed for the umpteenth time on our more expensive duvet. It's too big to clean in our washing machine and the dry cleaners charge a fortune. Time to get something I can just throw in the washer. This new one works perfectly. It's the right color to blend with other accessories and furnishings in the room and is lightweight enough that our washer can handle it.

I really like the generous length of this cover. I have an adjustable Serta matteress/electric movable base which comes with 2 different leg height options. We like the higher legs on the base (it allows for under the bed storage). So this longer length spread/quilt allows me to elimate the need for a dust ruffle (which is like so yesterday!) The color is fantastic. The quilt is 'moveable' (if that makes sense) when making the bed so you can easily shift it to center. Its a thin construction but surprisingly warm!

I absolutely love this comforter. It is soft and pretty. I got the California king because my mattress is on a 4 inch boxspring so I wanted it to cover that. It fits perfectly and very nicely made. I would definitely recommend this purchase.
