When the trophy first came in I was taken back a little bit, it looked amazing but had zero plates. (if I would have just read the description) I wouldn’t have freaked out but I messaged the company and they explained the process to me asked me for the info for the plates. I had them in less than a week. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and there customer service 10/10 will use them in the future!!!
