This thing is super easy to use, and gives me a little bit of a tan. I get hot in normal tanning beds with them being enclosed, so this gives me a touch of color without having to be uncomfortble. I figure the price is worth the trade off as this is inexpsinive compared to tanning packages.

I used the tanning lamp several times from 15-30 minutes at a time, and my skin never changed color. Did not give me even the slightest tan.
