To be CLEAR this is NOT A TANNING LAMP, this will NOT tan your skin ( 9 attempts at 20 min for 9 days in a row ) no color change for someone that tans naturally in the sun. Don't waste your money on this product!

I use this while I work from my desk and sometimes at night before bed for my lower back. This is a great starter lamp to create a routine with. It's met all my expectations and has been very easy to use. Overall pleased with the price and what it's able to do.

Don’t waste your money on this. I used it 4 times for 20 minutes each time and noticed no difference to my skin. I held it towards my face. I even held it 2 inches from my face for 20 minutes. I may write President Trump and ask him what he uses because this thing doesn’t work.

Unless you want to get some chains and a hook from your ceiling and somewhere other than where you would lay it was such a hassle it does not come with any more than a 6-in little stand. Would not recommend
