It states that the mirror can be hung 2 different ways but they only supply 2 vertical hooks, even though they show it with 4 hooks. Also the hooks were not evenly placed so at first it made it a bit difficult leveling the mirror. We had to remove one hook and put it in the right place. That's why I gave it only 3 stars. We ended up using screws and anchors because picture hooks showed at the top and it looked bad. Other than that I like the wood frame. It *almost* matches my bedroom furniture. It's hung low because I'm short! It was packed very securely and arrived intact and on time. ... show more

We received this item and the back panel did not fit. It was screwed down on one side but the other side was not screwed down at all because the backing was too big to fit the frame. Because we didn't really have the time to return and wait for a replacement my husband took it apart and sanded it down so that it would fit properly. Cute framing very good texture the only thing is you have to just be careful when you take out the mirror to look and see if anything is feeling loose but besides that mirror is beautiful
