From taking it out of the boxes to final assembly, it was easy and straightforward. I'm using it to protect my garden and thus far, its standing up to the weather and installation. I think the spikes could be a bit longer but that seems to be minor. The double latches are holding up but to improve the design, a single lever to pull up both latches at the same time would be a nice and convenient improvement. ... show more

I gave this 3 stars because this did not keep my Golden retrievers in . But I did pack it up and take it to the farm and used it for transitioning ducks from heat lamp to their space until I got a cage. We walk them to this area to have freedom . So I would actually rate it better for its versatility. However not the greatest for large dogs or maybe one . Small dogs it is great for as well as medium breeds. It’s sturdy lightweight and it served a function which was helpful. I would buy this product again only for if I had small or medium dogs . I would definitely buy again for transitioning ducks , turkey’s and chickens to have free range a bit that keeps them safe . How about this 3 stars for MY dogs .. 4 for yours and 5 stars for farm animals ?? It was easy to put up and move around . ... show more

Arrived packed well. Keeps my puppy corralled that learned to jump the small fence when I left the 1st floor to go steal the cat’s food. The two latches is inconvenient when you have to go in and out frequently. My brother rigged a piece of wire that opens the bottom and top latch at once. Lifesaver. Overall good purchase and working for me. I used extra fence panels to extend my picket fence in the spot he was jumping. ... show more

We ordered two complete sets of this product for an outdoor fence extending off of the stairs of our deck. It was easy to set up and contains our medium sized dog just fine. Some of the land was uneven due to tree roots. The panels were easy to manipulate up and over the uneven terrain. I did, however; buy from home depot, eight 6 ft black metal 2 inch diameter stakes to firm up the corners and longer stretches of the dog run. I hope to purchase a 3rd set of this product adding to this fenced area to extend the length of the dog run in the spring. ... show more

We bought two of the largest sets available. We wanted to create a garden fence within our back yard to limit the space our dog can access. It was easy to set up (by myself - with just a rubber mallet) and I was able to position each panel so that it worked with our landscaping. I placed one gate at our walkway and another at the far end, so I have easy access from either end. This is a very well made product and much less expensive than hiring a fence contractor. It is very stable, but it also wouldn’t be difficult to pull out the fence stakes and remove the entire fence or change the configuration. ... show more

I wrote a review when we first received the 5 boxes of the 10 panel including gate, 56 inches high and were thrilled with it. After setting up the play yard, and seeing how happy our two dogs are I gave this 5 stars and raved about the product. I updated a week later and removed 2 stars because it has started rusting on some panels after a few days of rain. Too late to return it since I no longer have the original boxes so I bought Rust Oleum rust primer and enamel paint from the same company and primed and painted the rust spots which were mainly on the gate latches and on the thin wire in the middle of the panels on about 13 of the panels. Well since that day more and more rust was appearing on different areas and this now included all the panels so out I went again to prime and paint. Have only had this for less than 3 weeks so I am very disappointed. The play yard itself is great, sturdy and secure and I love the look and design of it but the rust issue ruined it for me and I didn't sign up to be constantly priming and painting something that is new that advertised as being rust resistant and paying $1400. It still looks great but only because I'm on top of the rusting but my guess is in less than a year it will be completed repainted as I know I will be out there often getting rid of the rust. I don't know if the advertising isn't honest or the factory dropped the ball with their spray paint machine not properly coating every inch. I am now giving this 2 stars which actually saddens me since everything else about the play yard is first rate. ... show more
