I have suffered for years with not getting to sleep for 1-3+ hours at the start. I would also wake up 2-4 times after that and then fall asleep again. The FIRST night using it, I fell asleep within 5 minutes, woke up and right away fell asleep and one more time which took 1/2 hour and then asleep! I can feel my body get heavier as I use it laying in my bed (relaxation) plus my mind will tend to stop thinking which is the majority of my issues keeping me awake. After I fall asleep, I usually don't even wake up until morning or a little before but in a deeper sleep! I love love love this little guy! I would really encourage you to try it as it has a 30 day guarantee so why not? The original "Chill Pill" runs 65.00 but this is very powerful and effective so why spend more? Those who don't feel any pulsing most likely don't understand how to use it. You can step up the pulsing after turning on. The best way for me is like a photo of a woman holding it. Just have the metal side facing away from your palm after placing it in your hand. Then, just wrap your fingers around the metal part to where your middle finger is placed on the round metal part right in the middle of the device. NOT your finger tips but the flat part of your middle finger opposite of your fingernail. I promise you, you will feel it! This is the first REAL solution I have come across to calm down my mind to relax my body to sleep in years! No drugs, very inexpensive and effective, go for it! ... show more

Bought it for a friend, and it doesn’t work unless turned up all the way. Once it is turned up to max it shocks the user a bit to where it’s uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Forgot they were anxious for a minute being mad at me for giving them this if that’s any consolation.

This device has insufficient instructions included. There is an on/off switch that must be held down for 3 seconds to get the thing to come on. The instructions just say "Push" the button. This button also is said to change the frequency of the device. Is it a quick push or a slow push? Does a second push put it back in low frequency mode? Does it reset to low frequency when turned off? The increase and decrease buttons have similar lack on instructions. After several hours to trial and error, I finally got the thing to work in what I hope is low frequency mode The device works moderately well but I recommend trying another brand that might have complete instructions. ... show more

After trying numerous ways to sleep.. prescriptions, holistic, CBD, marijuana, meditation and melatonin. So why not the “Chill pill”. While using it the device emits light so disturbs a dark room..have to hold very tight to get it to work.. I do have very small hands( child size).. I do go to sleep immediately, but when it stops 20 minutes later.. I wake up..to use in the middle of the night I have to switch on a light. It works: 5 stars.
