Wow! This works within an hour to help you fall asleep and stay sleep all night! I’ve tried everything to help me fall asleep and stay asleep and nothing worked till now. I was taking Zzzquil, melatonin, like 5,000 mg of valerian,, glycine, CBD, CBN, tryptophan, l-theanine, passion flower, etc. nothing helped my insomnia. I can’t believe this little pill works so well. I take a full tablet at night with melatonin, glycine and l-theanine and in less than an hour I’m shutting off the TV and falling asleep. I’ve gotten 8 to 10+ hours of sleep using these pills. That’s absolutely incredible! And so nice not to wake up a million times during the night to go to the bathroom. Even with a prescription sleep aid I didn’t get near that much sleep. Only downside is that it’s a little difficult to get up in the morning. But that could also be because I’ve been eating poorly the last few days. my body tends to experience inflammation and pain whenever I eat sugar and gluten. That could be the reason I’m struggling to get out of bed and not the effects of the sleeping pill. Today I set my alarm two hours earlier than when I needed to get up and took my wake up supplements (tyrosine, carnitine, thyroid med) and went back to sleep for an hour or so. I woke up feeling more refreshed and ready to start my day. Attached you will see my sleep patterns. Some nights only getting 3 hours of sleep before I started taking this generic sleep aid.. I started taking this sleeping pill on January 28th and consistently slept 8 or more hours a night. Also, my watch monitors my sleep, and shows that I’m getting at least 2 hours of deep sleep each night, which is really important. I am also dreaming a lot more. Had a couple nightmares, but that could be due to me taking the melatonin. Which is more out of habit, and not sure I need melatonin to sleep when taking this pill. Anyway, I am so grateful I found something that works for my insomnia when I run out of my prescription sleep med. I have not slept that many hours since I was a teenager. Even though I have my sleep meds now, I might skip it once in a while on the weekends and take this generic cvs sleep aid instead so I can sleep in like I used to. Sleep it so vital to our wellbeing. Don’t hesitate to purchase if you have trouble sleeping. Of course talk to your doctor before trying any new supplements. Ok...this sleep aid is strong. Do not start with a whole tab!!! I did and had that drug hangover the next day. Believe it or not that tiny half does the job. I'm getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep on 1/2 of a tab. Also, take the 1/2 tab an hour before you go to bed. I'm sure the size you are will dictate the effectiveness. I'm 5'4" tall and weigh 114 lbs. I’ve tried several sleep aids over the years, and I will say I’m very impressed with this one. Normally, I’m awake at night for hours, dozing on and off, tired in the morning due to a restless nights of sleep. I took two the first night and I was sleep within 30 minutes, I slept the entire night without even getting up to use the bathroom. I have very difficulty sleeping, with that said, I try not to take sleeping aids because I don’t want to rely on them but when those weeks go by that I don’t get much sleep at all and I desperately need to turn my head off and go to sleep I take these. They put you to sleep right away they make you very calm. They are now my go to when I need something to go to. I don’t wake up with an overly heavy, fuzzy feeling unless I took them extremely late. I used to take Nyquil till I realized I don't need that extra stuff I just need the ingredient that was found in it for sleep. These pills have that ingredient and they knock you out really well. If it doesn't work for some people maybe they took it on a full stomach or something. Not sure. If there's a side draw in it you may end up wanting to sleep more than 8-10 hours especially if you haven't taken it in a while. For me that's fine I love to sleep and I love the journey's I go through in my dreams. Give it a try. I recommend it over that other ingredient in sleep aids diphenhydramine I think it's called. I am a HORRIBLE sleeper. Can’t fall asleep, can’t stay asleep and melatonin does NOTHING for me so I decided to try these based on the reviews. The first time I took them, I took a whole one and was fast asleep about 1.5 hours after taking it. I slept great but oh boy did I have a sleep hangover the next day. I was so tired and groggy I couldn’t be productive. They worked almost too well, so the next day I tried taking half, fell asleep fine and didn’t have that awful hangover the next day, but now any time I take a half, it doesn’t work (why it only worked the first time, I don’t know) so now I need to take a whole one if I really need to sleep. I didn’t have as bad of a hangover the next few times I took a whole one, but I still felt different. I think these are great if you have a few lazy days to try and catch up on sleep, but I wouldn’t take them if I had work or something really important to do the next day. Maybe I just had a b6 deficiency, but I only had to take this with the b6 for a few days in a row before my really bad morning sickness pretty much went away. Loved the tiny pill size too.
