I think the title of the product is a little misleading. It’s just a salt exfoliate to rub on your face. However, the size is convenient to use and I really enjoyed the smell while using (very floral). OK I have had blackheads forever and nothing seemed to help. It's been about a week and I am already seeing some results. My skin looks like it is clearing up. Some of the pores are getting smaller and the blackheads look like they are retreating. I will continue to monitor and update in a few months but so far this is the first item that has made a noticeable difference. If this continues I may in the near future have clear skin.

This is a cute little bugger. As for the product I'd have to rate it as "meh" Personally I'm not thrilled with it. It's a decent exfoliate. But nothing better then drugstore type exfoliants. I don't notice any significant difference. It has a waxy(?) feeling after rinsing.I guess that's the moisturizer. I wouldn't recommend using this if you plan on using a serum or additional moisturizer. If it was just the product I wouldn't say it was really worth it due to amount/product. The size however is great for travel. Bonus for being more solid than liquid. I may purchase one to use exclusively for travel. Plus when it is finished it makes the perfect little case for rings, earrings or other small items. The little guy really is adorable. Overall I'd say get it but don't expect anything special product wise but the novelty and cute reusable container is worth the cost.

If you're looking for something cute and functional... this is your stick. I've struggled with enlarged and clogged pores most of my life. With the first use I noticed clearer pores. I advise use of a moisturizer afterward. To use: cleanse your face and leave moist or wet. *gently* and I mean GENTLY, massage in a circular motion over your skin with a firm pressure. [The application should not take more than 60 seconds for your whole face. Remember this is to be used more than once a week unlike other products that are harsher on skin.] Rinse well when done pat dry and apply a small amount mineral oil or Shea. Truly only need to do this 3x a week. So pick your most active days because your skin will have excess dirt and oil build-up from sweating or working.

My review is for three of these products. Blackhead Scrub Stick: I'm someone that needs extra exfoliation, but this is an insane level to be used on even my face. It's feels on the oily side, and there are big grains of rice that do the 'scrubbing'. The oiliness does not wash off, so be prepared for that. The amount of product in this cute little stick is not worth the cost. A bottle of St. Ives or Freeman's Black Sugar Scrub would do a better job than this. The cute packaging sucked me right in. Black Peel Off Mask: Never was a fan of these things just because they took so long to dry. The level of strength on this when it dries is pretty intense. I have blackheads and sebaceous filaments on my T-zone. I've used this three separate times and each time it did not pull anything off my face except a few whispy hairs here and there. If you have blackheads, they will glow neon pink/orange under a blacklight. After removing the mask, I shined a blacklight on it to see if it peeled any off. Negative. Again, cute packaging, but this one is a total gimmick. Bubbling Mask: This is my first time ever using one; I didn't know you could find clay masks that bubbled. Cool experience, although I left it on too long and some of it melted and dripped down onto my shirt. This was the best of the three. Not sure how groundbreaking it is for your skin, but it's a clay mask and it helps remove impurities. Watch out for your sink/tub, because the charcoal in this can stain.

I noticed an improvement in the amount of acne I had after I began using this little guy, and I feel like my acne scars are also doing a little better. I would absolutely buy again for that reason alone! I use it every now and then right after I shower after I've dried my hair, and before I go to bed. A blank canvas so to speak. I let it sit for a little after application, then I slowly massage it out (usually while scrolling). After that, I apply a very light moisturizer on top of it if I feel my skin needs Sensitive Skin Concerns: The key here of course is to remember not to use it too often, and if you have very sensitive skin (as in, a doctor has remarked on it) you should be more careful with how much pressure and how often you use it. Do a test spot. And remember that ultimately, its an exfoliating moisturizer you roll onto your face. As someone who has sensitive skin, who does not wear any makeup (because my skin will break out if I apply the wrong moisturizer which that alone took me years to find) I found this product to work just fine. Be smart, do a test section on your wrist, and then on your face if you're very concerned.

I'm split on the pros and cons of this item because they're pretty 50/50. PROS: -perfect texture for a light exfoliation (not too rough on my sensitive skin) -really does work well to clear pores -inexpensive and lasts a really long time (I've had mine 3 months now and I'm only a third of the way through it) -SO CUTE! It makes me really happy to look at and it's something I look forward to using CONS: -Breaks my sensitive skin out around the t-zone! It's like it clears clogged pores, but then promptly fills them back up with the product and breaks me out. -The scent is really really strong and kinda chemical smelling. It smells to me like freshly poured cat litter. Definitely not great for sensitive skin and not really a pleasant smell though it's still a "fresh" smelling product. -Roughs my skin up and breaks me out even worse if I use it more than once a week (see photo) All things considered, for the price point it's a good product and it does what it claims to do. But for me, the breakouts are a bigger con than most of the pros. I'll use it until it's gone but probably won't re-buy.
