When I got the item it worked great. However recently the USB C port has broken. Also the USB A ports never worked enough to keep it going. So now the only way to use it is the extremely power hungry inverter. Really want to love this item for its size and it's past performance, but the fact that the USB C port broke and the USB A ports never worked enough to keep it on. I'm gonna have to give it one star. Edit: the customer service reached out to me and worked with me to send me a brand new one. I very much appreciate that. The speed and the civility of the customer service along with how awesome of a product it is when it works has changed my 1 star to 5.

I purchased this item mid-September. To determine that the item actually works I did use it several times to charge my cellular phone. My electrician recommended that I check that the item is working properly at least one time per month. On Sunday November 10th I attempted to use it to charge my portable radio and the system did not charge it. I shifted the system to a different electric outlet to see if it would power on and charge. However, this item is not working at all. Now, it is past the return deadline and I am with an item that I only used three times before it stopping working. I don't recommend buying this item. Update: On December 20, 2024, I decided to plug in this generator again, and let it charge until Saturday, December 21st. To my surprise the tool charged. I could not believe it actually charged after all this time. And it previously shut off on me and did not charge, although I attempted to charge it multiple times. I'm hoping this device continues to function properly. For now, I am thankful that it is working.

Got this to use to go camping. Works great the light was handy it charged my electronic devices multiple times before running down. I currently even use this while sitting on the back patio so I don’t have to pull out an extension cord to plug in my phone

This product is not made with quality parts. I purchased lesss than a year ago and I have had nothing but issues with it not working properly the entire time I have had it. First the ports where the chargers and other plugs are to be inserted failed and would not longer work. Then the plug for the 110 volt stopped working. Now, the entire charger is no longer working as it will not charge up at all when it is plugged in for charging. I am very disappointed in this product as it was not a cheap purchase. However, it has proved to not be that I was expecting. I go on a lot of fishing and hunting trips that are off the grid so I was excited and thought that this would be a great addition to my equipment. It have proven to be a total disappointment. I would not recommend this product for purchase as it was a total waste of money and it offered no Guarantee or exchange/money back.

I just got this today, I plugged my phone in and laptop, both worked (began charging) I then plug-in my 50 watt heating pad, kept it plugged in around 30 minutes. the battery dropped by half, understandable. However, I've currently had it on the charger over a hour and a half and it doesn't seem to be charging. I'll leave it on there a few more hours to be sure but I will be returning it if it doesn't recharge. hope this helps. ... **** edit- it DID CHARGE, however it took several hours, but it DID charge and works perfectly!
