The machine I have leaks if filled more than half way. The hose to connect the machine was also missing the connector. Unfortunately any water I fill in the machine above the halfway mark dumps out of the back of the machine. I learned this the hard way and had to clean gallons of water up off of my floor. Update: the leak was from one of the screws in the rear door of the machine. The screw poked a hole in the tub of the machine. Now I am getting an E3 error that won't let me spin dry my clothes. I’ve literally spent about the equivalent of the washer cost at my local hardware store trying to get it to stop leaking. Somehow some change made it all the way down into the pump after slicing the cheap plastic hoses like razor blades. I have lived in a converted cargo trailer full time for 5 years and have used 3 different apartment sized models. I upgraded to this one in hopes it would have the capacity to wash a queen sized comforter. About $80 to replace all the cheap tubing with quality pvc tubing, apply new adhesive and clamps plus about $30 for silicone tape to prevent future leaks and a long term fear of lose change in the laundry. Dryer does what you’d expect; imagine a 700W space heater with a fan in front of it. The combo aspect was nice but will not purchase again. ... show more

    • Motor sound crazy

When I got it I didn’t use it right away. I wait a week and when I did use the washer the motor sound like it’s going out soon. Maybe it’s me but it sound crazy and I don’t wash with a lot of clothes. Hopefully it won’t. All in all it’s a great machine.

Never buy this thing!!! I don't buy it!!! I can't even write that it's a washing machine, it's just a washing container with a headache. After putting 2 T-shirts in the washing machine, you will have to first squeeze everything manually, and then pump out the water with a bucket. The seller is cute, but he doesn't solve the problem... he sent me a second washing machine, but alas, it's the same. And be careful when pumping out water, it is shocked ... show more

I can’t rate this properly because there was no manual in the box. At times I can’t get the machine to pump the water out . If someone can respond because I am not sure what’s the issue but sometimes the rinse cycle fails. It’s only been 5 days. I will update this but for now I can rate higher even though everything else is good but rinse is crucial to laundry. ... show more
