This product as represented is NOT easy to operate as reflected in the info video or as advertised. Because people who will be using item need to be given this info upfront before buying. First the hose is flimsy and will not fit standard faucets. You have to use a pitcher to fill the basin x 6. The draining after washing took 45 mins. The pump is not strong enough to empty the water out. Then to rinse you have to again refill the washer again. Total time to wash 3 pairs of socks 1 chef towel (cheese cloth) and a T-shirt 4.5 hours. Does not include the time to spin the excess water out of the clothing. That took apx 2 hrs. I GIVE THIS PRODICT A GRADE OF F. The Seller is deceptive in that they do everything possible to not cooperate with the customer nor with Amazon. Buyers be ware. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Updated from a 1 star review!! This turned out to be an excellent product, but there is one flaw. The cord for the drain is too short and if you don’t have a counter to place this sign, it won’t drain properly. It’s a bit complicated and I have spent a lot of time, trying to figure out the manual. YouTube helps, and sometimes these reviews help. You should definitely buy this. It is certainly worth the extra move to my tub to drain it. Downgraded to a 3 star. As of December 12 I have had this machine for four months and used it 2 to 3 times a day. Almost every day. The motor was pretty much worn out after the first month that has continued to hold onto until today when it stopped. There was a crack that made the washer leak really bad underneath it had never been dropped or hit. Overall, I still saved money, time and hassle. I’ll be buying another one. ... show more

I was kinda iffy about the purchase and I was surprised at how strong the washer is for it’s size!! I did a load in 25 minutes and the clothes came out clean and almost completely dry!! I recommend people buy this for small places or apartments or even small businesses

The media could not be loaded. Our washer is outdoors which makes it difficult for me to do laundry due to disability. We set this one up in our bathroom so I can do small loads throughout the day. It's not as big as I had hoped, the agitator isn't as good as it could be and the spinner is already wearing out, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. I do use it A LOT, 5-6 loads a day and each of those need to be split into 2-3 spin cycles to not overwhelm the spinner. Would definitely recommend for lighter work, like washing dish rags, mop heads, etc. And I run the agitation twice. ... show more

I live in a small apartment, and this washing machine is ideal. I have a small platform I set it on in the bathtub, and allow it to drain into the tub. Since I have a wand showerhead, it makes it easy to fill the machine with water. You can wash 3-4 T-shirts, at a time, then spin them out 2 at a time. It's very easy to use. The instructions are in Chinese, but the pictures are self explanatory. I would recommend this to anyone who lives in a small apartment, studio apartment, or small space. ... show more

Best appliance I have ever purchased. This little washer is amazing and has made My life so much easier. I live on the third floor so going all the way to the basement is not the best option for me. I put it right in the tub and my laundry is done thoroughly and fast.
