I bought this for an exotic application (outdoor use as a protective top and open outer cage for a compressor). It is heavy enough to withstand wind and the finish on the metal legs is perfect for my application. The particle board top is not moisture proof at all, which I knew going in. I painted it with a well-known rubber-like compound (FlexSeal liquid, if you must know) and it now withstands rain. I suspect it will also do well in snow. My application is not recommended by the manufacturer, I'm sure, since it's an indoor work table, but if I need a table for indoor workshop use, this is the first one I will consider. It's very heavy and will support a lot of weight. It's easy to assemble, but a little mysterious---the instructions were sparse. All in all, though, I'm pretty happy. ... show more

Table arrived 5 days early which was a plus. The table is a very sturdy platform and works great for my needs. One corner of top was chipped but is to expected from particle board. Contrary to some reviews this was adjustable as all legs were able to be tapped out out with a rubber hammer for adjustment. I was really surprised at how fast and easy this went together. It comes in two boxes, one with the pre-fabricated and non-adjustable legs (I'm fine with that) and one with the table top. All you have to do is flip the table top, put the legs on pre-installed screws, tighten them then add a 8-bolt cross beam onto the legs for stability. That's it. Heavy duty and easy to assemble. Probably more than I need. You won't want to allow this top to get wet. It is a pressed wood. Good value for the money.

It's a great table.. adjustable, sturdy, but it's only 4' x 2' and that's not a lot of room to put stuff. I bought a nice piece of plywood to fit on the top of the particle board, because I'm afraid if the particle board got wet it may disfigure or change shape. It worked, and I used the other half of the plywood to make a shelf on the bottom. Think I might add casters next so I can roll it around... ... show more
