This was easy to set up. I appreciated that they give a "practice" quilt top. I suggest you use it...I didn't. There's about a 30 minute learning curve on it to be very confident. I can see that learning curve on my completed quilt...should have used the practice quilt. Also, the initial loading of the quilt, which took a very long time, got so much easier. Live through the first hour, and you will be quilting like a dream. ... show more

Style: Mini Quilter Beginner Hoop Quilting Frame
This is not for general purpose machines. My Juki TL2010Q has 8" between the needle and the back of the throat. I get 5" depth and 12" wide. That is a lot of adjusting and clamping the quilt to the frame. The clamps break very easily but Grace replaced them for me. This is a high quality frame and well worth the money if you can work around all the unclamping, moving the quilt, clamping again and again. Super simple to put together, very light, glides very smooth and it doesn't rock or bounce. Very stable. ... show more

Utilized a sewing machine on this frame. Endless frustrations. Jams after jams. Even assumed sewing machine needed to go to a fix it shop. Bought a quilting machine attached it to this frame. Night and day difference. No jamming. Worth the cost buying the Little Rebel quilting machine matching to this frame. ... show more

It came quickly. I haven’t needed it yet so I haven’t put it together either. It looks simple enough, packaged very well. I’m excited to try it out. Almost done with my quilt project and happy I won’t have to have someone else quilt it.
