Liked these until the time came I needed to wash them. Cold water, hung them to dry and they still shrank....a lot. I saw other reviews that had this same issue. The fabric looked different after washing, more like a sheet hanging from the window instead of a curtain.

Get ready to wash and iron, but itโ€™s worth it. In an attempt to avoid ironing, I cold washed and partially dried. Then hung them up to continue dryingโ€ฆ will still have to iron them. Hangs on the curtain rods great!

Lengths of my pair did match up perfectly. Still, I intentionally bought them long so I machine washed with cold and dried on low heat - they shrank about 3 inches & I cut to length. The fabric is a light/med weight cotton (no sheen) with nice horizontal threads (see photo). They hang well. They are not sheer, but let in the morning light to brighten the room. They looked attractive threaded through the curtain rod using the hidden tabs, but I went with curtain rings for ease in sliding open/close daily. Wrinkles are disappearing as they hang, but I may steam lightly to remove the rest. ... show more

If you wash them they will definitely shrink. I really liked them but I will have to purchase more curtains for my living room ๐Ÿ˜ž I gave it 3 stars only because of the shrinkage.

So initially I really liked these curtains. I used them in the living room and master. They filtered the light while adding privacy. Looked more expensive than they were. But then when I washed the set from the living room on delicate and cold and hung dried them on a drying rack in my living room for 2 days, they still shrunk significantly. That indicates that fabric used was not pre washed by the manufacture. They shrunk by 4 inches. Maybe take that into consideration when calculating your your dimensions. ... show more
