First of all you need to have patience, second have a ratcheting screwdriver with #1 and #2 bits, a stubby phllips #2 for tight places, a rubber mallet, a 4MM hex key long, or a T-handle 4MM. You can also use parts from the boxes to assist you in leveling while assembling, these can work as an extra set hands which if you assemble this alone you will not have. I have to say the packing of this bed and the dresser and nightstand we bought was engineered beautifully and arrived to the house with no damage. I was probably more impressed with the packing of the furniture than the bed. It's really heavy large boxes, FED EX definitely ducked ringing the doorbell and bringing it in the house, they were like mice and dropped it by the garage and ran, I never heard them. Cut your boxes open carefully and take all the parts to the room your are going to place the bed in, lay all your parts out and check off your hardware list, they even give you extra hardware which if you torque screws like I do, you will need an extra part or two, the manufacturer seems to have have this down to an art form. Be extremely careful with tightening the cams, make sure you use all your dowel pins and glue, once again they have this down to the last piece. Follow the instructions and follow them in order, and do not assume this side is the same as the other, they do have it designed that it will not assemble the wrong way if you do try. Be extra careful when aligning corners, runners and rails, a little mallet to tap in place, make sure edges are even and flush then lock everything down in it's place. The wood pieces are engineered beautifully and look very good when finished, the drawers are press board and really the only part of the bed I do not like, I would have paid an extra $50.00 for real wood drawers, only the fronts of the drawers are wood. The storage foot board is nice and will hold blankets and sheets, and is great to sit on and get dressed. The bed slats allow either a box spring, or hybrid mattress, my box spring and mattress is 16 inches but works well with the bed. I'm not sure if an adjustable bed will work inside the bed frame, the area is tight for my box spring and mattress, you may be able to remove the bed support rails, for the corner brackets and the screws that mount the head and foot board to the rails tie the bed together. Overall the bed is really nice when finished, the dresser and nightstand also worked in the same fashion, this set would be about 1800.00 in the store, and may not be built this well. I would like real wood drawers, and they would be worth the extra money and they would make this set outstanding. It will take you a while to assemble it, don't try to do it all at one time, take breaks and get away for an hour or so. Follow the instructions, look at the diagrams, and you will have no issues, and will look great in your bedroom when finished.

My wife and I have been looking for something similar for the longest time. All the local furniture stores we've been to have been asking for triple what we paid for on here. We slept in this bed frame for about a month and have been very satisfied with the quality of it, no squeaks or any sort of weird noises. The assembly of the bed frame was straight forward and easy to follow. The overall time it took us was about 3-4 hours from unpacking to the finished product. If you are pondering whether to get this bed frame, just do it! You won't regret it.

We have never been so happy with a bedroom set as we have this one. The bed is a MUST. So much storage space, having the top of the footboard open up and a drawer underneath. It’s the perfect size, our mattress fit perfectly - no box spring needed, just as the description says, no bad smells or mislabeled parts. Assembly took about 4 hours but it was worth every second. The quality of sleep JUST the right bed is priceless!

This bed was the perfect find for us! It has so much storage room that we were able to get rid of a whole dresser & put all the clothes in the storage part of the bed! It is very comfortable and doesn’t take up too much space-even though it is a king bed it’s not bulky. We love it and their customer service went above and beyond!

Alright so after reading some reviews on here I bought this thing in a king size. The reviews said, takes forever to assemble, instructions hard to read, poor quality, blah blah blah. If you can read simple words and look at pictures, and put the circle in the circle hole then you have no problem putting this together. PAY ATTENTION TO THE WORDS AND DIAGRAMS. If the picture has a piece in a certain position then hold it in your hands in that direction. I would say you need very little mechanical skill to do this. It does take forever to put together but it is very sturdy. Do not rush. Take your time. There are a few spots where the quality is lower but thats ok, it’s from China what else would you expect? This is not a 2000 dollar pure oak frame, it’s a 600 dollar predrilled frame. You get what you pay for but this is still very nice. 4 stars because there is no extra hardware so if you drop a screw then you’re SOL. Other than that it’s pretty good.

The media could not be loaded. This bed frame is amazing!!! It’s our first step to our home aesthetic. We got this bed frame for a number of reasons but one big one is that our old bed frame would creak, this bed frame you can’t hear a thing! It’s super quiet anytime you move around! The extra storage at the end of the drawers is also a 10/10 they’re as deep as I need them to be. Also the bench is sturdy enough to sit on as well. I would like to say though that this type of bed frame may not be for those who aren’t careful with their stuff. Due to the bowed bed slats the bed can’t handle an impacted amount of weight on the bed. So if you or someone else likes to jump into bed or on the bed, this may not be for you. However bed slats can be replaced so it wouldn’t be the end of the world. I personally haven’t gone through the installation process of the bed frame but from what my husband told me it was a bit of a challenge. But it only took him a couple of hours to finish. Everything on the bed frame works properly except one of the bottom drawers (it just won’t close all the way but it also isn’t drastically hanging out either). And all pieces came in properly. 10/10 bed frame.

Looks just as good as we hoped it would. Perfect height for dogs small and medium to jump on and get off of with ease. A long build, total about 4 and 1/2 to 5 hours. With a break in between. Would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a nice clean look/finish to your bedroom.
