I feel like this is an excellent small frame ebike. Neither my boyfriend nor I are very short, but we do like to take our ebikes to different locations instead of just riding around our house. We have had hard times loading the bikes we did have in and out of our car, but this one fits so much better. Here is what I found with the bike: It arrived pretty quickly, we did not have to wait to long for it. The box, and it's contents, were undamaged when it arrived. The package included a charger, a lock, a phone holder, rear pegs, a good bit of extras. Of course it also included the bike. The assembly was fairly painless. No more difficult than any other bike we have assembled, and definitely not the most difficult. Everything went on fine without any real issues. The front light is a bit of a faff, but once you figure out how it goes on it's not too bad. We got it built in about an hour. The only post build adjustment we had to make was the front brake caliper. It was rubbing on the brake rotor a tiny bit. This is a simple fix, there are many tutorial videos on line showing how to fix it. The chain also clicks when in the highest gear (7). I believe I just need to make some adjustments to correct that, but it still works fine. I have gotten more expensive bikes that needed similar adjustments out of the box so I won't really hold it against Tamobyke on this one. The bike fits in the car great and is easy to get it in and out of our wagon. It is a bit lighter than our bigger bikes which helps. The build quality is good. We took it to the park by our house and rode it around for awhile. It feels solid. I was a bit worried that since it was a bike more suited for children it might have some lesser parts on it, but no. This bike comes with all of the same parts that the bigger bikes get. The brakes, motor, bicycle drive train, display, suspension, everything is good quality and they did not skimp on it since it is a smaller bike. The bike is a blast to ride. We rode it around for a few hours while at the park. The acceleration is good, it seemed to have a lot of pull for such a small bike. It picks up speed without a problem. The brakes work good, and have had no issues stopping, and no close calls. The ride is good, it takes bumps fine, the seat is comfortable, the motor is quiet and strong, I really have no complaints with the mechanics of the bike. We tested all of the lights, turn signals, horn, etc, everything is working as expected. The only thing we found is pedaling was a bit awkward, because we are both taller people. This was to be expected, however, the bike is billed as being for children and small adults. I do not think children or small adults would have any problems. It seemed to go off road pretty well. We did feel bumps a bit more than on our larger bikes, but that is mainly because of the smaller wheels, and tires. It is still fun to ride off road and the suspension was fine. Not jarring or anything like that. The electronics work good. As stated before the lights, signals, and horn all work good. The front light is pretty bright, which is good. We had no electronic glitches, the screen worked, the motor worked, and the battery seems good. We rode around for about 2 hours like I said before and it is still reading as 5 bars (full). I know it is not full, but I don't think we put much of a dent in it with the riding we did today. When all is said and done I think this is a quality bike for the money. Like I said before it gets all the big bike stuff in a smaller package. We wanted to get it so we could have a more transportable bike, and it fills that role perfectly. I think this bike is worth the money and won't disappoint.

I’ve had it a week now and gone 100miles. On nothing but throttle I get 27miles on a full charge it has been consistent at 6 hours to charge up. The light is pretty bright on a backroad in pitch darkness I could see in front of me enough to drive it safely. I have also taken it up and down some pretty big hills and it does pretty well. It took me an hour to put together but if I had to do it again it would be much faster I did have to tweak the front breaks a little the initially were scraping but it was an easy adjustment. I added some things like a better lock the one it comes with is fine but I wanted a better one same with the phone holder I got a better one. It’s decently fast I actually get a bit chilly at full speed at night. It’s like 76° at night here right now. One thing I got that gives me added security well two things is I bought a motorcycle alarm to put on it so if someone even touches it it will give them a warning alarm then fully car alarm if it’s touched again. I also put an AirTag hidden on it. The battery locks to the bike but it can be powered on without a key but you can set a code on the computer so it’s locked. I’ve been all over my town and I lock it up and arm it and no one has tried touching it so far. I got this to be able to get out of the house more without using gas in my car. I have also taken it on some trails which was a total blast. I will say I may replace the shocks at some point but it’s still a great bike feels like a little dirt bike. I’m 5’1 and it fits me perfectly I can probably fit another small person on the back I’ve ordered foot pegs which there are the spots for on the bike. It’s got good control the cruise control is really convenient. I had a little death wobble at one point but it wasn’t even that bad I was able to recover it without spilling. When you do tight leaning turns make sure that sides foot pedal is up otherwise you’ll scrape the ground. It’s pretty quiet I hear it on the bike riding but people watching me ride say they can barely hear it. I’m really happy with this bike so far. It truly is comparable to many $2000 bikes. I’m 170lbs and I can get it to go 33mph on throttle only when it’s lower battery it’s closer to 30mph I’d assume with more weight it would be a little less. It doesn’t seem to struggle up hill it goes 20mph up a very massive hill in my town which is impressive to me. The seat is pretty comfortable but after a while I get a little sore sometimes I stand on my pedals to give my butt a break on long trips. When on throttle keep in mind if you start to peddle it shuts the throttle down for a moment and slows you. I have peddled and done the assisted modes and it is very nice I do prefer just throttle but sometimes it’s nice to peddle. Okay I think that’s it oh the tool kit it’s comes with is pretty awesome they are decent tools they give you everything including two break replacement pads.

Great e bike! I've had this bike for 5 months and it sat for about 3 months due to Florida heat and time constraints. It held its full charge while sitting in my garage not being used. This is the first e bike I have ever had and this thing is fast! I am so pleased with this thing! Being able to just peddle when wanted and assist peddling or full on no peddle! I wish I had this when I was a kid (I'm 60!) The size is just right for me being only 5 feet tall. I have had zero issues with this bike and love riding and cruising around! Highly recommend for anyone who wants a new adventure!

False advertising so beware. The write up shows it is designed for riders 4'5" to 5'4". NOT TRUE AT ALL. This T16 is advertised as accommodating 4'5" to 5'.4". THIS IS NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. I'm 5' 0" and cannot begin to get on this bike. I almost fell over trying to get on it. With further investigation on several other sites, this exact bike and model/color is calibrated for 5'2" to 5'8" and even up to 6'. Now that I have spent the money on Amazon and had the bike assembled, I'm out quite a bit of money. What now? The manufacturer website reiterates 4'5" to 5'4" so I will get NO help there. I'll contact Amazon, but I could not be more disappointed in false advertising. This is just ONE independent site example: " In this video I provide an honest review of the Tamobyke T16 electric bike, designed specifically for shorter riders between 5'4" and 5'8". (NOT the size advertised).
