Was great for the first couple of days. Then error codes started happening. Battery issues. I returned first one and Amazon sent a replacement. The second bike had battery and error code issues as well. Amazon was great handling the return process but I would advise people to not purchase this bike. The media could not be loaded. This bike is perfect for my cautious 10 year old son! I was nervous to get him an ebike but this one is perfect ! He absolutely loves it. The only negative thing is the light on the front tire arrived broken but other than that it’s great! I did request a replacement light from the manufacturer so hopefully they send it and all will be well! * update * The replacement part was sent in TWO days, best customer service I’ve ever received. Lydia was so helpful and on top of the follow up. The bike works great, battery lasts a long time, my son rides it every day when he gets home from school and only charges at night. It has never lost its charge. Such a great product! Love love love ! And no I definitely was not compensated for this review and i actually spent hundreds of dollars on the bike - I’m doing it for the mamas like me who were scrolling endlessly looking for the perfect e-bike for their kids.
