The bike itself was fun to ride, charges quickly, and has ample battery, however, hope that it doesn't break because gotrax's customer service is horrendous. I bought this bike 2 months ago and it is already fully unusable. The motor went out after 1 month, we were sent a new one (after having to send pictures and videos - which was great), but once I started to disassemble, the old motor (the rear wheel) could not be removed. I asked for guidance and was told I was "using the wrong tool" when I showed another photo and video of the washers being jammed and unmovable. I've given up at this point. Either way, great bike if it doesn't break after 30 days.

My son that’s 8 has rode this bike HARD for the past 7 months with zero issues besides getting sand in the breaks which was an easy fix. He weighs about 60 pounds and has given his friends 60-80 pounds rides on it with him. I’ve been pretty impressed

The media could not be loaded. Really fun little bike, goes 15 mph with 200 lb adult! Smaller sized for kids and teens, but fun mini bike for adults up to 220 lbs. Super easy assembly. Charges quickly. Well made construction. 2 speed settings, so you don't have to worry about little kids going too fast on it.

The media could not be loaded. This bike is perfect for my cautious 10 year old son! I was nervous to get him an ebike but this one is perfect ! He absolutely loves it. The only negative thing is the light on the front tire arrived broken but other than that it’s great! I did request a replacement light from the manufacturer so hopefully they send it and all will be well! * update * The replacement part was sent in TWO days, best customer service I’ve ever received. Lydia was so helpful and on top of the follow up. The bike works great, battery lasts a long time, my son rides it every day when he gets home from school and only charges at night. It has never lost its charge. Such a great product! Love love love ! And no I definitely was not compensated for this review and i actually spent hundreds of dollars on the bike - I’m doing it for the mamas like me who were scrolling endlessly looking for the perfect e-bike for their kids. This is it!

My son loves this electric dirt bike. It was really easy to assemble with just having to attach the front fender, front wheel and headlight. It picks up speed quick and is easy to control. He wants to ride it all the time. Overall the quality of great and would recommend this dirt bike.

I will start out this review by saying the bike itself is a fun, quality electric bike for beginner riders. My sons both love riding it and it does not go super fast to where my wife and I worry. However, beware of the company's warranty and customer service processes. The original bike I purchased was received with the front disc brake on the bike having been bent during shipment. I tried to fix the front disc so that the bike could be operational because my boys were very excited to try it out but I was unable to straighten it enough to where the front disc would not rub against the brake pads during operation (Uploaded photo is after trying to bend the damaged disc back straight). So I immediately ordered a replacement bike through Amazon and then contacted the manufacturer, Gotrax, as directed by the instructions included in the box to hopefully get new parts for the broken bike. The damaged bike was received on 28 June 2024. I contacted the manufacturer on 1 July and I have been given the runaround by their warranty department ever since. As of writing this review I still have yet to resolve the issue through the warranty process. I requested the manufacturer simply ship me a replacement front disc (that I would install myself) and a replacement of the e-bike quick release latch because the plastic portion of it was stripped during the time I was assembling and disassembling the bike to see if the front disc was straight enough not to rub. I sent the manufacturer a detailed description of the issue and included photos but they kept insisting that I send a video of the issue so their engineers can identify exactly what the issue is. I explained to Gotrax that I had already disassembled the damaged bike in the event that I had to ship the entire bike back to the manufacturer and that I did not want to reattempt assembly with the stripped e-bike quick release latch. They again insisted that I send a video of the issue. At this point, I have stated that I would simply pay for the replacement parts. I again detailed the exact parts I would like to purchase and they requested that I circle the items I wish to replace on a photo of the electric dirt bike. I have never been this frustrated with a company's warranty process or customer service. Again, the non-damaged bike has been great for my boys to ride on around the neighborhood and with friends. However, I would never attempt to try and work through a warranty request with Gotrax ever again.
