DO NOT BUY! The bike appears solid, but the odometer/computer burned out after only a few months of use and as a few have stated, GoTrax does not honor its warranty. They provided me a 15% off coupon to purchase the part from their store, and when I went to the store the part was not available. Not to mention the horrible video instructions they sent me to show how to make the repair when I purchased it. Just horrible product quality and customer service. ... show more

This is an awesome ride. It handles awesome and looks super clean. The brake and headlight make it super safe at night. I had a great time riding it. It’s super quiet and would recommend it. It maxed out for me at about 15.5 mph and I weigh 170lb.

This bike is perfect for my cautious 10 year old son! I was nervous to get him an ebike but this one is perfect ! He absolutely loves it. The only negative thing is the light on the front tire arrived broken but other than that it’s great! I did request a replacement light from the manufacturer so hopefully they send it and all will be well! * update * The replacement part was sent in TWO days, best customer service I’ve ever received. Lydia was so helpful and on top of the follow up. The bike works great, battery lasts a long time, my son rides it every day when he gets home from school and only charges at night. It has never lost its charge. Such a great product! Love love love ! And no I definitely was not compensated for this review and i actually spent hundreds of dollars on the bike - I’m doing it for the mamas like me who were scrolling endlessly looking for the perfect e-bike for their kids. I got it for my nephew who is eight year-old. He absolutely loves it. All of his friends had something similar so he has been asking for it since a while. It has a decent speed. I believe it goes up to 15.5 or 16 mph. Additionally it is easy ride for someone who is 8 to 12 years old I guess. I personally tried it myself as well. It’s quite comfortable but obviously not for adults tho :) ... show more
