I own the Horizon Fitness EX-69 elliptical trainer. I ordered this after learning that the manufacturer (johnsonfit.com) lists this as Part #: 1000094715 at a of price of $43.19 + Shipping & Tax. Just plugged this in and it works fine. Whew!
