Limited Lifetime Warranty at significantly less than the competition. Tighten up your steering for good with our patent-pending ( 16/020894) design which is fully adjustable, serviceable, and rebuildable without having to press the ball joints back out of the axle end forging yokes (C's). These ball joints never have to come back out. Available in knurled and non-knurled versions to fit all vehicles regardless of what type of ball joints were installed previously. Lower ball joint bearing surfaces are CNC machined from 4140 steel, heat treated, induction hardened, and ferritic nitrocarburized to make these the longest lasting, longest wearing ball joints on the market. • Great, tight BJ's for good price.
Size: Knurled
I was able to help Synergy in the testing of these BJ's and have had a set in my truck for about a year prior to their release to the public. I'm running 35's and use the truck out at the beach, fire-roads, and towing a vehicle on trailer with a large slide in camper in the bed. After about a year they are still tight like they were when I put them in, I'm guessing in maybe a few years I MIGHT have to adjust them a little bit, but the on vehicle adjustment will make it an easy job. Really stoked on these things and love the price point compared to other premium options available. ... show more

  • Only the bottom ball joint is rebuildable
Size: Knurled
Not worth the extra cost. 2009 Dodge 2500 4wd 2Door 6.7 Diesel Replaced the factory ball joints in 2015 with Moog kit $179.00, 2017 with Mopar Factory $300+, 2019 with Duralast (auto zone) Nov 2021 I decided to try the Synergy ball joint kit. A little more money and little more time consuming to install because you have to take the bottom joint apart to install and then put it back together. At the time i thought these would be a good investment because they are rebuildable. Didn't read the fine print that only the bottom ball joint is rebuildable. Now Sept 2024 they are shot once again lower rebuild kit is $75 each side x 2 plus 2 top ball joint $100 each. So now 3 years later i am going back to the Moog seems to be the best bang for the buck. Not willing to shell out $1000+ for Carli's. This truck rarely sees pavement, 1000's of miles miles of gravel wash board roads day inn day out. and yes it gets serviced and greased on a regular basis. ... show more

  • Spend the extra $ on Carli Ball joints
Size: Knurled
These ball joints are decent however lack quality in the instructions. They do not explain the “rebuilding process”. After one of my lower ball joints prematurely went bad in 9 months, I rebuilt mine and it doesn’t feel like it went together correctly due to the lack of instruction. I would definitely spend the extra money on the Carli’s or Dynatracs next time. ... show more

  • Great product
Only 4 stars because of price they are very expensive but you get what you pay for. Replacement parts are also pricy as well. Extremely good customer service though.

  • lower joint already shot.
easy install. seemed durable. lower joint went bad in less than a year. really upset cuz these are expensive and time consuming to replace.

  • Very tight and doesn’t allow steering to center.
Size: Knurled
Seem like good quality. Issue I have is even after 40k miles, they are still so tight that my steering doesn’t come back to center on its own. Makes it difficult to drive on the freeway and even worse when towing. I keep hoping they break in and loosen up but just about ready to pull them and go back to a moog or carli. Getting tired of fighting the steering. ... show more
