After years of our favoring transactions with Amazon, we applied for a card. Wanting to improve our credit, it is essential that we pay on time. Why does Amazon make it so difficult to pay with their issued card? I find the same mystifying occurrence when we want to pay for books. There is no link to switch to the regular Amazon site to make a purchase. Upon reaching the Amazon site, another search for the chosen book is required, following the previous book site choice. This simply proves that no man or human-created site is perfect. Amazon, review these and other reviews to make your site user-friendly. Ok well I am so glad that I am not the only one who cannot make a payment but they have no problem sending a bad credit report on me for late payment but I have tried to make one 3 different times now, I don’t know my 16 digit acct number only the last 4 numbers so I can’t even pay as a guest wth???
