I am a very qualified customer and this so called synchrony Bank is ruining my credit. Whenever I pay for something on Amazon it says thank you for you purchase, I use my debt card so I should have paid in full. I love my Amazon but somethings not right. They (Synchrony Bank) I never heard of is crazy! I don’t owe anything to them. I sure would hate to quit shopping on Amazon but i’m being forced. This is so confusing, everyday I get robocalls from this bank (everyday)!!!. They say that I owe them $1500+ why??? I went to my bank and they said I owe nothing to Amazon. I made my last Synchrony account payment on since 12/31/2021. All of my purchases and payments since, have been made with my Amazon Prime Chase Visa. Synchrony, however, sent me statements this past January and February claiming that I owe $147.34 for my Prime membership fee. I spoke to three different operators trying to get an explanation on how this account was re-activated after four years, yet none had a clue. I decided that it wasn’t worth my time so I tried to pay online, yet found that it was impossible. It’s easier to call the bank and pay using your phone. My issue is that I automatically save passwords but this one doesn’t save for some reason. I misplaced the card in my home and don’t know how to pay my bill now.

ever since SYCHRONY took over payments it is a disaster trying to make payment. SYNCHRONY IS ENVOLVED witrh too other companies. it is a nightmare tryin to keep all passords straight. never had problems before. am lucky to get payments made on time.
