    • CRAPPY PAYMENT SYSTEM
I like having the ability to use the Amazon Synchrony card, BUT it is VERY difficult to make a payment and why should I have to purchase a book from Amazon in order to figure this out. GET YOUR ACCOUNT PAYMENT SYSTEM IN ORDER OR YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER.

Been a while since I've used my Amazon card. This was an "eye opener" for me. It's been a nightmare since they've teamed up with Syncrony. These folks are right there when you want to buy something. Then they want their money RIGHT NOW! And they don't even bother to send you a statement! Instead, it's a text message stating that you owe " X " amount of money. I'm totally done with Amazon! I'm cutting up my cards RIGHT NOW! So bottom line is, you don't have a 2 weeks or a month to make a payment or pay your balance. It's pay now or be prepared to see significant fees added....... DAILY! I've had run-ins with Syncrony before! Which is why I never use their card....... And wouldn't you know it!....... They go and team up with Amazon. Looks like I'm totally done with Amazon too. ... show more

ever since SYCHRONY took over payments it is a disaster trying to make payment. SYNCHRONY IS ENVOLVED witrh too other companies. it is a nightmare tryin to keep all passords straight. never had problems before. am lucky to get payments made on time.

About the past 6 months, it is impossible to take a few minutes, to make a payment. I've been working on it, for the past 2 days. Have to take breaks, before I throw phone threw a window. Ridiculous
