The SYLVANIA SilverStar Ultra High Performance Headlight is our brightest downroad and whiter light. The combination of our farthest downroad, more sideroad, and whiter light helps the driver achieve more clarity helping to make night driving a less stressful, more comfortable experience. SYLVANIA achieves this using a specially designed filament, propriety gas mixture as well as a lamp coating that makes a brighter downroad light and shifts the color temperature towards a whiter light.

We bought these for both our 2008 Jeep Wrangler and our daughter’s 2013 Ford Edge. These bulbs are amazing. They are so bright passing vehicles constantly bright us thinking our high beams are on but they are not. Our daughter’s Edge had LED bulbs and they were terrible. Lights came on time, I installed them in a 2010 f150 4x4 and they worked just fine. Better than original, they’re not a white light, but they’re slightly yellow.

These are excellent lights and good replacement. The down fall is these only last a couple years before the start to get dimmer over time. I live in Alaska where the winter time we only have 5.5 hours of day light so they may dim slightly faster due to how often we need them.

Really helped with visibility compared to my old bulbs, replacing them on my ram 1500 was very easy and they fit nice and snuggly. The light look nice and clean and help with both the low and high beams.

These don’t seem as bright as the oem ones I replaced and definitely doesn’t add any help for down road or sides. On a plus note, the vendor saw my comment and provided a refund. At some point I will check out a different Sylvania bulb.
