This soup warmer was exactly what I was looking for. It holds the perfect amount of soup to feed 20 people for a soup and sandwich lunch. I loved it so much, I bought TWO, and am going to buy a third! I love that condensation from the lid drains back into the pot, so no mess on my buffet. I also love the fact that you need to add a small amount of water into the base before you place the soup pan in. This keeps the soup from overcooking and sticking on the bottom. There is also a magnetic bracket that you can slide a little card into, to label the soup for your guests. (Note: I ordered one where this was missing, so I returned it for a replacement.) Even with that slight hiccup, it was a pretty good experience. Definitely a great purchase. I’m a happy customer!

Easy to use and kept our soup warm for service. Easy to clean the insert. Nice magnetic sign holder. The only thing that’s weird and wonky is the lid. It has a hinge but doesn’t really latch onto anything so the hinge is not helpful as the lid just sits on top. The manual didn’t help explain the lid either as the photos are small.

I got this warmer to keep soup hot at family gathering. It is a 10 quart so big enough for large gatherings. When filling in water in the inner pan , make sure that it lines up with the collar and should not “float”. It even comes with a magnetic sign with changeable menu . A definite great buy !

I used it for the first time to make a large batch of chili. I found that when you go to install the lid it is quite difficult with food in the pot. It took 2 people to do it. The hing has to fit just right in between the pot and the warmer. It is easier when you install it ahead of time. I just think that they could have done better on that hinge assembly. That being said I love the pot and it worked great. A number of people commented on it. I definitely would recommend it
