Works and looks much better than the included adapter you get with the newer Nvidia GPUs. More length and more flexible wires make for cleaner and much easier cable management. I've run a few high-stress benchmarks and played some intensive games since the cable arrived earlier and it's holding up great. Does exactly what I needed it to do and it's well worth the price over the janky stock cable adapter. Edit: After using the cable for about 6 months, it has continued to perform flawlessly with the 4090. I've run some serious juice through this cable during lots of hours of Cyberpunk and many other games. There is always between 350-450+ watts being run through it depending on the game and settings, and it has had no issues. ... show more

Bought this 12vhpwr cable to replace the original one that came with the 4090 because it looks like a mess. This cable has a way cleaner look and does just as well a job as the original. The connector sits well and I wasn’t too worried about it melting but for those of you that are, this is a safe cable. I will probably upgrade to CableMod once the come out with the 180 degree adapter but for the time being this works great. ... show more

This cable works just fine with the RTX 4090, and I ran it in my computer for several weeks. The biggest thing that stand out is how cheap and small the cables are compared to quality brands. Personally I wouldn’t trust your expensive GPU to low end power cable. As soon as I was able I replaced it with a Cable Mod. Just look at the different in quality. ... show more

If you were a perfectionist, you could find a a small issues with white sleeving at the ends but that's cosmetic. The seller was quick to answer a question. The card still works and looks soo much better.

I used this with my new 4090 founders edition and it blew up my psu. I bought a new psu and it blew up that one too. I exchanged for another psu and used a different cable (not this one) and then all worked fine. Maybe this one will work for you but it didn’t work for me
