Came packed two in a box and the box had a rough trip from China … really beat up! However, there was not a dent or scratch on any part. The assembly instructions were the best I’ve encountered even though they were only diagrams. ALL parts clearly labeled and identified in instructions. Minimal tools are supplied but it will go much faster if you have a socket and wrench set. First chair assembled in about 90 minutes and second chair in half that time. Solid construction a sits comfortably. Ordered a second set. Highly satisfied.

This is an update. I purchased 2 Anmutig swivel chairs. I had trouble assembling one chair. My amazon 30 day return expired as I was doing chemo/radiation which I'm still doing. Even though my amazon return time expired I contacted Anmutig. Anmutig really came thru for me and sent me new chairs. I'm seldom impressed with companies, but Anmutig came thru and satisfied me to the utmost. Anmutig is a fine company and I give them the best 5 star rating available. Thank You Anmutig !

This pair of chairs came with a few tiny chips and one scrape on the metal frame so I am a little worried that they will rust as I will keep them on our covered porch. Assembly took about three hours from opening the box to reading the instructions and studying the pictures to breaking down the box at the end. I am not mechanically inclined so I would expect it might be a quicker project for those of you who are. They fit my narrow porch nicely, and they are very comfortable, so, fingers crossed, I am keeping them despite my worry about rusting.

We were initially shipped an outdoor dining table instead of the swivel chairs so we had to return them which was not easy. We waited a week to get the replacement chairs and were so excited when they finally came today. However, the nuts, bolts, screws and other miscellaneous pieces were all mislabeled so we ended up taking portions of the chair apart over and over. We finally took about 20 minutes to figure out the correct labeling of the parts and once we did that the chair started to come together. However, it took about 2-1/2 hours just to put the first chair together which is ridiculous. Secondly, the screws that come with the chairs are of poor quality and stripped very easily. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this company.

The chairs are comfortable and appear durable. Assembly can be a little challenging. I had some hardware that failed, and the chairs had had a rough journey to my house. The customer service was particularly good and resolved my issues.
