I had help with assembly, but it wasn't complicated -- ended up using the short leg extensions. Seat is a thick, but firm cushion, & I especially like the swivel feature. It meets or exceeds my expectatios, so I'm happy with it.

The stools seem sturdy and look like the pictures. Unfortunately, two of the 1/4”-30mm bolts were missing from the package, so we aren’t able to connect the back to one of the stools. 2/5 update: Seller reached out after the initial review and refunded part of the purchase to cover the need to replace the missing screws. Increased rating to 4 stars.

This is a nice looking bar stool. It arrived packaged well and in perfect condition It’s made of high quality material and it’s constructed well. It is definitely solid and sturdy. I love having the 2 hight options. It makes it more versatile in the event that you change your mind later. The bar stool was very easy to assemble. The assembly instructions were well written and easy to follow. It took me about 20 minutes to finish putting it together. I do appreciate the extra screws that they included. The chair is super comfortable to sit in and swivels nicely and smoothly. The cushion is thick and nicely padded. The foot rest ring is at the right location for foot support. My son is 6’2” and I am 5’1”…and we both found the chair super comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend giving it a try.

I have three other bar stools and what sets this one apart from the others is the fact that it has a back and it's also adjustable. It's amazing the difference the back makes when sitting in this stool. I can stretch or just relax more in this chair. I also can adjust it to fit the counter or the table which each is a different height. I chose to keep it at 24inches which basically fits both the counter and the table but if it's at 29inches like the other stools that aren't adjustable I am limited to using it only at the counter. It was easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. I can also rest my foot or feet on the bottom rail of the chair.

This is a very nice looking stool! It looks and feels high quality. I'm not sure that it is really worth the listed price- nearly $100 for a single stool, not a two-pack!- but it definitely isn't cheaply made. I like that there are two height options. It was easy to assemble, and so far has remained intact and not wobbly. The swivel is nice and smooth. The material is easy to wipe clean. It feels comfortable to sit in, but it's not a very deep or wide seat. The way it is positioned does encourage good posture, but it's not very relaxing. It's not something you can lean back in, it kind of pushes your back forward and tilts the pelvis forward. So it is ideal for studying or eating with good posture, but I wouldn't choose to sit here if I wanted to kick back with an adult beverage or have a peaceful, sleepy cup of coffee in the morning.

I gotta say I was worried after I read the reviews. While I have LPV downstairs, I do also have carpet upstairs and I was worried about the paint dust that had been mentioned. Thankfully, my chair did not have any but I wound up putting it together outside on the porch anyways since I decided I was going to open and unpack everything outside - just in case. After discovering my stool was in fact paint dust free, I am very happy with it. It is solid and very sturdy (not wobbly at all), it looks great, and it feels good to sit on. I got it to use in my craft room that has a sort of 'U' shaped workstation and I wanted a stool that could spin to reach all parts of said 'U'. I was originally going to use it without the back and it looks good that way as well, but the back is just so pretty and I really enjoy the added support. That ring on the bottom is also nice for resting the feet (and subsequently the knees). Overall, I am very impressed and pleased with this stool! 10/10 would recommend!
