The rattan-woven style is both retro and modern, with a large space and a nice wrapping feel. The frame is very stable and has strong load-bearing capacity. The cushions are thick and well-filled, soft and resilient, and the weight is just right for easy movement. I can put it on the balcony to bask in the sun on weekends, feeling incredibly happy, reading or watching TV, and falling asleep in seconds. It's so comfortable! It can be moved to the balcony, living room, bedroom, garden...anywhere you need it. The material is waterproof, so it can be used outdoors too. I love it 💕

The instructions were really difficult to follow. I recommend just looking at the video and inspecting the parts yourself and how they would go together logically. Overall, assembly isn't too bad, really. The chair itself is really awesome. It is much bigger than I expected. I personally find it very comfortable but I had a guest over that complained that "there is no support." The cushion could be better. I wish there was a strap or something that secures it into place. For the $ though, I can't complain too much. I definitely recommend the chair.

EDIT: The company reached out to me to make it right, so I am changing my one-star review to five-stars. The box arrived in terrible condition, but all the parts (and some extra parts) were there. I was disappointed by the instructions - to start, the pages were stapled together out of order, and there were a number of mistakes. The parts weren't labeled very well - a number of the stickers fell off - but I was able to figure it out. There were extra parts that were either manufactured wrong or were part of a design change. It was nice that the tools bag included a ratchet, but I ended up tightening some of the screws enough to bend the frame slightly which I am worried will affect the sturdiness. There were also some pretty bad looking welds and some poorly finished pieces. I am planning to use this inside, but if it was outside, I would be worried it would rust. It is ok comfort-wise (and I am a really big guy, so not just any seat is good for me), but I will probably get or make a bigger cushion since it doesn't go all the way to the edges.

Really disappointed. I wanted this chair for my patio, but it showed up with the banding already unraveled. For something brand new, it shouldn’t look like it’s falling apart before I even sit in it. The frame itself feels nice, but the poor finish makes me question how long it will last. Definitely not what I expected.

The media could not be loaded. These chairs are really solid—sturdy, heavy, and have a nice finish with stainless hardware. They were super easy to put together, and everything fit perfectly. The only thing I’d note is that the Allen wrench they include is a bit tight, so I’d recommend using your own tool. But other than that, they’re exactly what I was hoping for—well-made, comfy, and durable. You can tell the design was really thought out, and everything works together so smoothly. I love that once I push off, I can lift my feet and it keeps rocking for a while. The headrest is a nice touch, and the arms are just the right width for resting my arms comfortably. Honestly, I could rock myself to sleep with a small pillow behind my back. Just a quick tip: to lock the chair, you need to pull the bottom latch up first, then push the top latch into place. Once you lean forward a little, it starts rocking, which is a cool feature. I was looking for a chair that’s comfy, sturdy, and easy on my knees when I get up, and this one checks all those boxes. After I got mine, I ordered one for my sister too! When I first set it up, I used the side clip to lock it, and it was good to go. I was a little worried it might tip when I leaned back, but it’s been totally stable. The chair’s really comfortable, and I love that it rocks. No trouble getting in or out, either!
