The media could not be loaded. These things are really nice! I replaced my stock tow mirrors that just had the directional on the mirror. These have running lights and directional on the front side and reverse light on the back side. The mirrors fit on the truck better and tighter than the stock ones and you can see way more out of the bottom mirror. They don't slide out while driving like my stock ones did either. They actually adjust to where I want them. They shake less than the stock ones also. The only thing I can complain about is they don't fold in as far, but not a big deal for me. Wiring was super easy, just add a ground to the black-white wire, don't cut it like everyone says to for some reason, I stripped it and bent it and then stuck it into a butt connector so I didn't have to cut it. Then stick a wire in the other end of the butt connector along with the running light ground wire that is in the 3 seperate wires and run it to a ground location. I went to the bolt for the window regulator in the door. Then I tied into the 2a backlight fuse located in the left dash panel and used it for power for the running lights. Reverse lights are in the fuse box above the foot pedals. Top right, blue wire.

Props to the guy that left a review on how to wire these properly. The manufacturer failed to mention how to wire them in the instructions given. However, once wired properly the mirrors look and work amazingly. For this wiring project you’ll need a basic wiring kit alongside 2 fuse taps and a metal coat hanger with tape for feeding wire through the door grommets. The white and grey wire are for the reverse light, the blue wire is for the running light. The white wire from each mirror will need to be tapped into the TRLR BCK/UP fuse. The grey wire from each mirror will need to be grounded. And the blue wire from each mirror will need to be tapped into the LT PRK fuse. What it fails to mention that the other guy pointed out is that you must ground the black&white wire from the main mirror harness, on each side. You will need to splice it and get extra wire for feeding it through the door and grounding it. And the main ground point I used for both grounds is the 10mm bolt on the left side of the gas pedal assembly that holds the pedal in place because it is connected to the frame. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because the most annoying part is feeding wire through the door grommet and the firewall grommet to get to the fuse box. Once wired, they’re great!

I bought the 07-14 silverado 1500 mirrors. I was a little skeptical of the wiring and paint match from reading the reviews, but I'm so glad I ordered them. A little pricey, but overall they seem to be great quality. The paint match still has the switchback lighting. It's not difficult to wire up. Plug and play aside from an extra set of 3 wires. 1 Is a ground. The other taps into the trailer reverse fuse for the backup lights. The other taps into drl so the mirrors white running lights are on when the headlights are on. A slight vibration at highway speeds, but I've not found an aftermarket tow mirror That don't do that. I give them a 9 out of 10. The only reason they don't get a perfect 10 is the slight vibration. Aside from that, they are perfect!

I upgraded to these mirrors after my old stock mirror broke. Overall I would say these are simply ok. I got the painted black version with the led marker lights, not the 3 diode lights. The price did not match the quality. The paint is clean. They function as they should in regard to visibility, lighting and heat. The passenger mirror is at a different angle than the driver side. It is 2.5" closer to the door. They do not fold in all the way. When folded in, they still stick out 6" from the door. The mirror glass shakes/vibrates while you drive and it is somewhat annoying. I personally do not like the white running lights on them. I should have gotten amber lights. You do need to know how to install them and how to run wiring if you want to properly install them. If I had not needed mirrors on the truck when I bought them I would have returned them for different ones. But what can you expect for a china aftermarket product?
