  • Thorough and efficient for the detailed clean
As a mommy who has to worry about a curious baby crawling around and getting into everything, cleanliness is important! I was very surprised when I used a swiffer for the first time, and then when I used this "wet" version I was even more impressed! I thought I did a decent job cleaning my hardwood and tile floors with a normal broom and tornado mop, and then I followed up with the "dry" swiffer only to be shocked by how many dust bunnies it gathered up. And THEN I followed with this "wet" mop and it cleaned even MORE! Note that I don't recommend skipping the dry swiffer and going straight to this. I think the dry one is needed to get all the bigger particles out of the way first, and then this does a deeper and more thorough clean to get up things like food stains and footprints and other miscellaneous spots I often didn't even realize were there. If it's really bad (i.e. you had a friend's troop of boys climbing all over your house) you might want to even do a once-over with a normal broom and/or mop first too just to save some money on swiffer refills, but this gets the details out that your broom and mop simply cannot - especially on my wood floor tiles where I can't realistically use as much water to mop as I do on my ceramic floor tiles. As far as packaging, this was well sealed in plastic, maintained its moisture, and had not spilled. ... show more

  • Great with the Mint 4200
I use these with my Mint 4200 (floor-cleaning robot) and the Pro-Clean Reservoir Pad (holds water and a mild cleaner). I'm sure they would work similarly with the iRobot Brava. They do a pretty good job of picking up the grime on the floor. The pads are pre-moistened. They have a not-entirely-unpleasant clean smell to them. They also absorb the water and/or cleaning fluid from the reservoir. Of all my floor cleaning options, this is my favorite. The pads pick up the dust and grime from the floor. You can see the results in the nasty condition of the pad when the Mint finishes it's run. It also picks up the cat hair from the floor. I put the green scrubbing side toward the back so that the weight of the robot helps the cleaning process. They really do a great job of cleaning considering the lack of effort i put into cleaning the floor. I use the Swiffer Wet-jet on the really rough spots before I use these wet mopping cloths. I find that the floors do have a residue on them after I use this product. I have to go over them with a real mop occasionally. Also, these do not work very well with the regular Mint pad. ... show more

  • Great product with nice scent for cleaning floors.
I like to use this product for the convenience, and the scent, and the fact it does a great job. I will continue to purchase.

  • Quick clean
This is a life saver for a busy household with little ones and dogs going in/out of the house. These provide a quick/sanitized clean when time is not available for a good mop. We still mop occasionally as these are not perfect in picking up everything unless you go over it multiple times with several pads because the pad will pick up and drag the dirt and hair, so occasionally there will be a small amount of residue left. The best cleaning method for us with dogs is to do quick vacuum for loose hair and then run 1-2 swiffer pads over the area. Pro: - Fast clean up of dry residue - Clean scent Con: - not ideal for liquid spills - liquid from pad and dry residue can get caught in grout between tile as you are sweeping ... show more

  • Let's be real - my floors need cleaning, and it's got to be fast.
I like these. They smell clean, they look dirty when I'm finished with them (which is oddly satisfying), and they're easy to store and use. I will say it takes me several of the cloths to get through even just three rooms as they seem to dry out pretty quickly, and a decent amount of the liquid ends up wasted on the part that gets tucked into the little grooves on the Swiffer itself. So, they aren't exactly environmentally friendly or long-lasting. Yet, with a baby, two very hairy chihuahuas and a sweet husband who seems seriously confused by the idea of a shoe free household, I need quick convenience for frequent floor cleaning, and these certainly do the trick. ... show more

  • Works Well Enough
I buy these in the store as well. They do work better than the store brand...I'm one of those who has to try all of the cheaper brands first just to make sure. Compared to a regular mop, the regular mop wins..but these still work well enough. The scent isn't overpowering. They do drip when you take them out of the package (no duh), so make sure you aren't pulling them out over carpet. The only thing I don't like about Swiffer is that it can be hard to reach places sometimes with the mop. ... show more

  • My hard wood floors get pretty disgusting. It doesn't help that I don't like ...
I have a four year old, three year old twins, and a two year old. My hard wood floors get pretty disgusting. It doesn't help that I don't like to clean, but lets face it, my floors are going to get dirty with this many little kids running around. I have a Bona wood floor mop, which I really like, but my floors get so dirty that I have to switch out the pad half way through cleaning. I like to run over my floor with the Swiffer wet mop a couple of times before using my Bona. It definitely picks up a lot of dirt and grime. ... show more

  • Smells nice, gets dog hair, mud and dirty footprints up easily
I love these because they are simple, effective and smell great. We have five big indoor dogs and I am convinced they try to drag half the pasture onto my wood and tile floors every day. I can Swiffer the dirt, dust and dog hair up in one easy step, toss the dirty cloth out and never get my hands dirty or deal with a bucket of water...what's not to love? My last order via the Prime Pantry was fine - no spills or leaking at all. ... show more
