I was a little bit hesitant because I’ve seen so many reviews, but they were free product reviews. I didn’t go ahead and buy the bullet because it said free returns and there was also a review about the customer service being good. I did try to reach out to the customer service and no one answered. I was within their open hours. I did receive it call back/ voicemail from them the next day just checking in but I don’t currently need to call back. The mattress topper is comfortable. Our bed was very hard and we needed something that would help us to get to sleep and want to stay in the bed a little bit longer in the mornings. Our mattress by herself is a mattress to sleep on but not to linger on in the morning so I’m very happy that we did make this purchase. I have been looking for a mattress topper that would fit my needs for awhile now. There are many toppers that say they will inflate to the full height they claim, this is just the first on that actually did. This topper is so comfortable and supportive. Here is the deal. It was only a few months ago when I purchased a mattress online that was within the $300 range. Now I have purchased "memory foam" mattresses in the past within that price range and they did hold up for a few years. However with my most recent mattress, after a month it was no longer supporting me the way I needed. I tried a few ways to fix my mattress issue and eventually just tore the top part of it off so it would support. (Ultimately just buying a quality mattress right now would be ideal, but I am not going to spend the $1,400 to make that happen right now). Once I "fixed" my mattress situation, it was sleeping a little too firm, hence my hunt for a quality mattress topper. In the past I had a Tempurpedic mattress, so I was hoping to find a topper that would be equivalent. And...I found it. I let the mattress breath for 24 hours before I put it on my bed, it fully inflated and it fit my queen mattress perfectly. The first night on it, I slept so well. I actually had energy when I woke up, which speaks well for a comfortable sleep. If you are looking for a quality mattress topper for a median price, this is the one you want. I bought a new mattress and it's not very comfortable. So at the suggestion of a friend, I added a layer of mattress topper on top of the mattress. After comparing prices and materials, I chose this topper. Shipping was fast. It will take at least 48 hours for the topper to expand after opening the package. After using it for a few days, I feel that this topper is very supportive and has no odor. It is very comfortable to lie on, much better than the previous mattress alone. So I had this on my wishlist for at least 6 months. There aren’t many California King mattress toppers and even fewer with more than 4 stars. Needless to say I’ve been really skeptical. I wasn’t sure anything was going to be worth the price tag, not smelly, actually 4 inches, etc. But this was definitely worth the buy. I LOVE IT!! I’s the best money I ever spent lol. I let it air out for 8 hours, measured it and it was fully formed. If you don’t want to be worried about returning something that might not work, get this mattress topper.     • Good it has straps GIVES PAIN, NOT RELIEVE IT
When sitting or laying on this, the ends & edges 'curl up' and lift on the side you're on. If not for the straps holdiing the corners, the whole thing would be all over and you would be wrapped up like a stromboli if the corners were not held in place! As for comfort, since it is 3" it helps a firmer mattress seem to feel better. For the pain relief, it doesn't help much but is a little better than the firm mattress for side sleeping even though laying on a memory foam pillow you seem to sink in to where the level of your head is even with the topper due mostly to it 'lifting up'. The only real thing worth saying good is that you don't have to chase the topper all over or reposition it from sliding that I noticed YET...it has been a week so we will see. I don't think it is worth bragging about or what some are raving because it is NOT all that 'miraculous'. Now, you HAVE to remember the size & thickness of all the reviews are not seperated into size or thickness, they are all together and when reading reviews, not only do you need to pay attention to what they are reviewing but everybody IS different & NOBODY has the same preference in 'softness' or have the same type of pain or pain level tolerence. So with that said and if you want go by honest opinions based on the review, then my experience is not the best. It is not easy finding the 'perfect' feel and this just doesn't seem to be worth the cost especially when comfort is MOST important. This did NOT do it for me. ADDITIONAL: THIS MAKES BACK PAIN (AND ANY OTHER NECK, SHOULDER ECT) WORSE AND THE SIDES STILL CURL UP! THIS IS THE WORST FOR ATTEMPTING TO RELIEVE ANY TYPE OF PAIN, ONLY GOOD TO GIVE YOU PAIN!! IF I THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH THE EFFORT, THIS WOULD GO BACK!! ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE COST AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY MY TRASH COLLECTOR TO TAKE IT AWAY! I HOPE AMAZON IS READING THIS ... show more
