Perfect for a laptop, and the side pouch is really sturdy and handy for things you don't want on the desk. I'm quite pleased with the look and feel of the product. Pulling everything out of the box I was pleased to find nothing damaged and not only were all the parts & pieces in the box, they included spare bolts & screws! I do not recommend this product. The manual contains incorrect instructions, and the provided screws are the wrong size, which can cause damage during installation. Additionally, the top is flimsy and very thin. I have already repacked the item for return!
