This is a very nice looking shelf that was not too difficult to assemble. It came well-packaged and without any damage, however, one of the side bars came with a hole not completely punched out (second photo shows this) so I was not able to put a screw there. It feels like it shouldn't be an issue structure-wise, but definitely felt it worth noting. I was a bit disappointed by the Allen wrench tool since it started to bend slightly and became difficult to fit into the screws to tighten them. Great looking shelf though! ... show more

Its a simple, little bookshelf. Seems sturdy even though it was missing the X stabilizer bars for the back. All in all a good shelf for our small area. Would be a 5 star if all the parts came with it.

The media could not be loaded. I’m on shelf #3 of this same shelf, for good reason, I needed them for my business and these are PERFECT!! I finally added this one to my bedroom but it’s tall, and the adjustable legs are A+! I love that none of this shelf is cheap or dingy, it’s a very very nice shelf! Well worth every penny. Oh and not to mention it’s SOOOO simple to put together. 10mins max ... show more

I am returning because one shelf was missing, however I have feedback comparing this 5 tier bookshelf to another item from another seller that had the same description and images. I purchased both as I wanted two bookshelves, first purchased the other one (that was priced around what all of the similar looking bookcases on amazon are priced at), and then saw this one for about at that time 25% less expensive so I decided to try this one. I assembled this one first (I was about 80% done when I realized the missing piece. My overall impression of the metal pieces for the sides was that they were pretty flimsy. The look is okay, the shelves also look fine (obviously they do not look like actual wood but from a distance close enough). The instructions for assembly were easy to follow and the parts and assembly pieces were clearly labeled. Once I disassembled this one I went to to do the other one from a different seller. That one has more substantial metal pieces on the sides and it had an extra piece to i think attach to the wall (I am not doing that). Those shelves were thinner, so i think these shelves were actually a bit better. I should have known, as all the other reviews on this listing at the time were for other items (not this bookshelf) and the item was less expensive than all the other similar items in other listings. As of writing this, this item is now around 10% cheaper than other items with the description/images. For that I don't think the discount is worth it. At the price when I bought it I probably would have kept it, I almost kept it just to save disassembling it and repacking it but in the end it had to go back. ... show more

These are a perfect size and fit well in small spaces. They are easy to put together. I only had one issue and that is that one of the permanent bars is broke where it is welded but hoping that it won't cause issues. I definitely like the brace it has on the back.
