*** Update January 27***** I really like my Size Small corset waist trainer. I have been using it this month, and it is so comfortable. I wish they made a smaller size. I am at the tightest set of hooks and wonder what other brand I will have to switch to when my waist gets smaller. They do not have a size XS. This waist trainer and red light therapy have been the been the best ways to lose weight and reduce waist inches without dieting or exercising. It does reduce your appetite by compressing your stomach. I don’t count calories & eat when I am hungry. I think if you have 36 inch waist you should start with a Large or XL. I think a 27 inch waist is comfortable in a size small. From my experience it is not a good idea to get this waist trainer too tight. I am glad the size Large I got didn’t rip up my skin. You will brutalize and tear up your skin if it is too tight. Try to get a size that will give you good tight compression ( not TOO tight) and some level of comfort. I wear mine 4-8 hours a day and forget I am wearing it. I have been using this product in different sizes for 4 months. No complaints. Good price. It is not a good product for some people according to the reviews. They should try other products or another size for this product. ******************************* It took me three months to give a complete review of this waist trainer. Personally, I think this waist trainer runs small. I noticed women larger and heavier than me selected smaller sizes. Yet, I had a difficult time just fitting into one. I selected my size based on reviews and the size chart. I realized that some of the reviews and size chart are not that accurate. I made do with the first one selected. It became a good fit as I lost weight. The waist trainer became loose. I ended up going down to size small in three months. I wear my waist trainer 4-8 hours every day. It is very comfortable. Sometimes I don’t notice it. It helps with my posture and decreases my appetite. I lost over six inches in my waist without exercising and no dieting. It is easy to wear under my clothes and blue jeans. I love the hooks to adjust the size to a tighter fit and the zipper & Velcro fasteners to secure the fit. I have recommended this waist trainer to others. The only suggestions I would give is to make it in a smaller size and less visible under clothes.

Definitely love it, it snatches everything in and feel comfortable wearing for hours, i loose track of time. Its easy to use quality is leather outside and makes u sweat alot. Perfect fit it also feels like its heavy and thick but ince u wear it mold to the shape of your body.

I just now received this waist trainer. According to the size chart & my current measurements, I could have ordered a 3X. I'm glad I went with the 4X because it was a stttaaarrrruggle to close. I had to kinda bunch it up to close it then wiggle into it. I'm 5'5". It covers from under the breast down to my hips, so my entire torso is covered which is what I wanted. Don't see the point of the ones that cover just a portion of the midsection. I could not zip it up unless the tabs were set to the tightest point, they'd just pop open. So not really adjustable there as it claims. I am able to comfortably although very erectly (lol) sit at my desk to work. No slouching! The support is nice and feels really good. I am able to breathe normally even while sitting. Took one star away because I think the sizing chart is off just a little. I guess the struggle to put it on could be considered a mini workout bonus! >^..^<

I absolutely love this two-belt neoprene waist trainer! From the first workout I could feel the difference — it really helps increase sweat around my midsection and keeps my core engaged throughout the entire session. Be sure to read the reviews before you order. One of the size charts says I should have ordered a 3XL for a 39" waist. I read the reviews and came across another person that said her waist was also 39" and she ordered a large and it worked for her. I know we all carry weight different but this was enough for me to decide to order a L and not a 3XL and I'm glad I did but I really could have been fine with a Medium. My first time putting it on I was able to easily hook it in the tightest hook. I decided to keep it because I'm concerned that the Medium might be too tight. So while it does not snatch my waist in at all, it does make me sweat and help with my posture. I've worn it for 2 days and today I measured 38". I do plan to order the medium in hopes of having more of a snatched feel. The other issue I have is the length of the trainer. It seems unusually long (top to bottom). I'm sure this is why there are so many complaints of it rolling at the bottom or poking into them in an uncomfortable manner. If you are short waisted, like myself maybe consider a different style.

I love this product very comfortable I am 215 pounds 5'3" I went with the 3x and it fits perfectly. I would say if you are concerned size up it does run small. I am XL in everything else but not this glad I read other reviews

The media could not be loaded. I originally ordered this waist trainer to small, I was sent the correct Size the next Day at No additional cost and was gifted the smaller one to do whatever I'd like with. Amazon's Customer Service is Top Tier👌 Anywho I love this Waist trainer because it has both Corset Hooks and A Zipper, and two straps it fits long for full fupa coverage and covers those back rolls, all while being comfortable and breathable. Best of all as soon as you put it on its a INSTANT snatch!! I am 5'6 160lbs with a 38" Waist and the Xlarge fits perfectly. I will be repurchasing once I need to size down..ohhhh and I only had it for about a week and I lost a inch already...SIS THIS THE ONE!!
