I have spent a long time trying to find something that’s inches the waist and is long enough for my body. I’m 5’8”, 123-125lbs and got a size small. I have it on the tightest option with the Velcro pulled as tight as possible and it gives great support. I primarily got this to use for extreme bloating during that time of the month. It is a little uncomfortable but that’s expected. I wish it were slightly longer so that it went over my hips a bit, but overall it’s worth the purchase. I ordered 1 size to big(3x), when I got it I was like "no way, this has to be a large" lol but it actually came with an extra set of hooks and eyelets. Slapped that bad boy on there and lemme tell you..... it fits amazing! It's super comfortable in a mom of 5 and work with dogs and I wear it alot. I can still bend and sit comfortably. it's really supportive and DOES NOT ROLL UP/ DOWN! Seriously this is the one to get. I've tried many others. Unless it decides to fall apart some time soon.... but I really don't see that happening honestly. But if it does I'll be back to update! For real get it! Lol ... show more

Buy it ! It works. I purchased large and use the extender. I wear a 11/13 in pants a medium/large in blouse and 12 in dresses. I’ve been wearing mine every weekday as I work for 8hrs. At first I wore it only to lift weights 3xs a week 45 mins for the first week and then 5 days a week with the same work out schedule for two weeks except I wear it when I go to work 8hrs a day.
