The pendant is beautiful, came quickly and the crystal inside moves nicely and catches light. That’s all the nice things I can say. After just two weeks of wearing it, the pearls placed all around the heart started falling off. I was missing 7 when I saw it first, it’s more now. Swarovski support isn’t willing to help, they send you off to an authorized retailer to get it fixed and pay for it on your own, because THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL SWAROVSKI SELLER. If you want this pendant, don’t buy it from this seller, buy it from the actual website - WHEN the pearls fall off, at least they’ll help you. ... show more
