It's the perfect amount of wavey so that its not boring and also doesn't tangle immediately. The bangs are longer than I expected but that worked out perfectly for me since I could trim it(i have a large 5 head). The cap is black and almost unnoticeable unless i pin the bangs up really high. I must agree with another customer who said this was a perfect wig. Not too thick not too thin. It has a nice natural wave that held its shape throughout the night, and after I brushed it through to store it away. The bangs were a little unruly until I secured them with a crown. It saved my costume, since I have short hair. Didn’t feel heavy, and I didn’t feel like I had to take it off in the middle of the night. (I had that experience in the past with other wigs). The fibers look nice, but it's not real wefts like it should be, so hairs fall out it's thin and small and doesn't stay fitted to the head well. Save your money and go elsewhere. Awful wig.

I washed it in cold water with Pantene Paraffin free Rose Water Shampoo, let it air dry,Used a large tooth comb and flat ironed it.
