I'll begin my review by saying I think nearly everyone on the planet could benefit from a box of hardware like this. Whether you're building your own system, your the family tech guru, or you just have an appreciation for having some hardware on you whenever you need it; this kit fills that void. The packaging was a little annoying, the box itself is wrapped in cellophane cling wrap which is then placed in a small zip-loc esque baggie. Because of the stickiness of the cellophane, unless you decide to cut the zip-loc bag it can be a slight struggle getting it to wiggle out. I only mention this because you may need a knife or pair of scissors to get the box out of its packaging. As far as the actual screws and such goes they appear to be as quality as you'd hope (given the price at least) and I didn't notice any missing pieces or damage to my package. The biggest complaint I have is the storage box the hardware comes in. It's straight garbage. Really flimsy, the locking mechanism is extremely cheap and fragile (felt like I broke it trying to open it for the first time) and the kid to the storage box has some give at the front two corners. I would NOT trust throwing this in a work bag or backpack and expect it to make it to my destination without busting open or something. But for the money I am satisfied, the screws are labeled and it arrived quickly. The only thing that would make me not give this product 5 stars is the storage box cheapness that I mentioned, but it shouldn't be a problem as I don't plan to put it in a work truck or carry it around doing I.T. all day. 5 out of 5 stars ... show more

    • Beware when buying for the standoffs
I bought this primarily for the standoffs which didn’t fit in my ATX case. I made the assumption that standoffs in computer cases were fairly uniform, so some of the blame lands on me. However, for a computer screws kit, it seems like the most popular standoff should be included which seems to be the 6-32 male to M3 female standoff (what is needed with the Cooler Master Haf 912). So I was a bit disappointed to have to order more parts to get the necessities. ... show more

I've had problems when putting motherboards into cases for a long time. It turns out I was using the chassis screws instead of mainboard screws and never knew it. Having these parts properly labeled and sorted has been really helpful. I've used the screws in this set to put together 3 complete PCs and have plenty left over. ... show more

For the cost of the case screws alone I thought this was a great price for extra pieces. Received product as shown wrapped in plastic inside resealable bag that I had to cut open unfortunately. Comes with a sturdy plastic container and descriptive liner.
