  • Working well and allows for reversing polarity
This inexpensive sustain pedal is working as advertised, and the switch to reverse polarity makes it universally compatible. It is stable and comfortable to use.

  • it sustains.
it sustains but there's a definite catch point where it goes from sustain to no sustain. I was expecting a bit more of a smooth transition but it chops off clean. does the job but its not as fluid of a transition between sustain and un-sustained as I hoped. build quality is good and it plugged right in and the reversible polarity is great. 4/5 for the choppy sustain release point. ... show more

  • Sustain Pedal by RNSXYAT
The RNSXYAT Sustain Pedal is a fantastic addition to my keyboard setup. The size is just right—not too bulky, yet large enough for a comfortable foot feel during play. The pedal feels smooth and responsive, giving a realistic piano-like experience. The build quality is solid, and it doesn’t feel flimsy, even with extended use. Functionality is great with the universal compatibility and polarity switch, making it work seamlessly with my digital piano and MIDI keyboards. For the price, the value for money is excellent, offering quality and durability that you’d expect from higher-end pedals. ... show more

  • Didn't fit my piano
The description of this pedal when I bought it said it fit all models of keyboards. Well, when I tried to plug it in I realized that wasn't true. The plug was too big for my keyboard.

  • Works...great...
The pedal has a nice feel. Looks nice with the satin finish. Doesn't move around. Just plug it in and if the note is sustained without depressing the pedal than flip the switch on the side...no (for normally open) to nc (normally closed) or nc to no. No provided instructions but simply plug it in, turn on the keyboard and press a key to see if it works as it should. Only one switch to adjust to get it work correctly. ... show more

  • Quick-and-dirty, and dirt-cheap. Just don't expect a smooth range of input
My keyboard was missing a sustain pedal, so I jumped at the chance when I saw the price of this product. The product feels pretty sturdy to me (has a bit of heft), and the spring on the pedal is pretty strong. What was disappointing to me, however, is that it is more an OFF/ON type of pedal, versus a smooth range of values from 0 to 127 as you depress the pedal. I was hoping for something I could use as a controller for other effects. But it should work fine as a sustain pedal, as they advertise. The readings don't change until you hit about 85-90% of the motion of the pedal. It did not come with instructions, which isn't a huge deal (you just plug it in), but there is a switch with no description. This is used to reverse the range of the values - I presume N.O. means "normal open", and "N.C." means "normal close". For my keyboard, I use N.O. (foot off pedal sends value of 0). If you want to reverse that so foot off pedal means sustain on, change it to N.C. As a pedal by itself, I would have rated it pretty low due to the discrete ON/OFF range of the values output. However, for $6, this is a pretty cool deal. ... show more

  • Sustained my Gratitude
This sustain pedal is a great deal ! Who knows how many I have through over years , even started to learn how to started because so many have failed on me, but for this price I no longer need to waste my time on another worn out sustain pedal. It’s beyond my expectations for this price! Five stars!
