This is a standard safe, quality set of rods. First time ever using them. There was more nervesnous than anything else, which subsided as long as you use thems afely. Boil in hot water for several minutes. Use medical grade lubricating jelly.

    • Dilator in 3Fr increments Only
I wish they made intermediate sizes to address my stenosis. If you have BPH, make sure you get it checked by a competent urologist. Product, as is, is functional but need more gradual increments in width to get it back to normal. Increments of 1Fr (0.3mm) would be ideal.

The smoothness of the rods are phenomenal. The way it glides in is stupendous with surgical lubricant. Easy to use with the right gloves like vinyl. And was no problems with the function of it. The size and weight are great if you enjoy it going in with ease if you practice it on a regular basis

    • Good value for penile urethra stretching.
This is a decent set of dialators ranging from 3mm to 18mm. I use these for penile urethra stretching. I like the set because the sizes are double ended - so I'm currently at a 9mm and can gently size up to the 10mm on the same rod. I'm not looking for depth or for sexual play with these but more stretching the urethra for a larger meatus opening (though I'm sure these can work fine for male stimulation). Stretching the male meatus is a slow process and takes some time. These sounds have a nice finish. Note they are hollow so you won't feel the heavier weight that you might with other devices.
