The media could not be loaded. Very nice selection of sutures. Decent tools. They're in the cheap side but adaquit. Reserch your needs and build on that. The pouch is Woodland and I love it.

Nice quality equipment for emergency repairs requiring this type of equipment. No pain killer, (Novocain) included. It has basic stuff & there is room in the included camouflaged zipper bag for small additional items.
