I rarely give reviews, but these are simply the best workout shorts I’ve ever owned. I bought like 7 pairs of them. The phone pocket stitched on the compression is my favorite feature. You can even see your phone screen to change songs, see the clock through the pocket, so you’re not having to constantly pull out your phone during your workout. And the phone stays very snug. You can run, jump, etc and the phone isn’t falling out. I also really like that the back pocket has a zipper. I put my car keys and airpod case there. And you can’t forget the price! Half the price of major brands, but with more utility and the same comfort. Couldn’t give them a perfect 5 stars because they run really small, but once you figure out your size they’re great. I’m 6’2” and where size XXXL. Also, the front pockets aren’t deep at all. Your things will fall out of them. I don’t use them. Also there’s only a compression pocket on the right leg. It’d be better if both legs had pockets. Other than that, these are my favorite workout shorts I’ve ever owned.

Great look and great fit. The phone pocket may not look very secure but tested with my first run in the shorts the other day and my phone stayed secure and no feeling of it bouncing around. I will be buying another pair now that I know these shorts are of good quality!

These shorts are a decent buy, landing around 3 stars for me. They're soft and have held up really well durability-wise. My biggest gripe is with the liner's phone slot; it's too loose, so your phone just makes the liner slide down rather than staying put. The regular pockets are also quite small, and the drawstring has a habit of coming out easily. Good for comfort and longevity, but don't expect to secure your phone in the liner.

Before I purchased these shorts, I read a heck of a lot of reviews about them. The sizing seemed to be all over the place which made it very difficult choosing whether to purchase or not. I hate returning things. I finally found one review from a female who was around my size. I am 5'5" and 145 and age 60. I have a small gut and not a six pack as I am no longer 20 years old. :). I know that these are men's shorts but they run small no matter what. After reading that one review I decided on the medium. When I received them, I tried them on right away. They fit (not too tight and not to loose) I do not have to tie the drawstring to keep them on, and when I start to lose a little more weight around my stomach area they will be perfect. They are very comfortable. I like the cell phone inside pocket but would not run or exercise with it but very convenient for not having to hold my phone constantly. The shorts themselves are short, but with the spandex legging you do not have to worry about anybody looking up your shorts when you are doing bench presses! If you are a guy there is no pouch for storage if you know what I mean. If you are female then no need. I would have to say that if you are a petite person like me (female) or a teenage boy who has not bulked up yet then medium would fit (like I said they run small). If you are anything other than that... go L, XL, XXL etc. I will only wash and air dry these for sure, no hot dryer. So if you are a petite man go for it but if you are a regular size guy then order up, better semi loose than a strangle hold.
