I didn't expect such wonderful towels for the price paid....but I am so surprised. Love these towels, they are thick and soft. Like fancy hotel towels, but not the price of them. Once washed they fluffed up amazingly. They did not bleed much at all, I bought the royal purple and expected a lot of dye bleed. Also I read some issues with lint, I have had minimal lint issues. I did wash these the first time with no softener then dried, then washed again with softener. They are just so fluffy! If you are looking for a light weight towel this isn't for you then. Being they are nice and thick I feel they have a nice weight. Not too heavy though. If I need new towels I will be purchasing more.

I've been wanting to replace some towels and thought that I would give these a try. I'm so glad that I did! While they felt rather thin right out of the package, they plumped up when I washed and dried them for the first time. They are soft, fluffy, generously sized, and very absorbent. I like them so much that I just ordered another set! I doubt that there are better towels out there anywhere at this price point.

These are great towels and good quality as well. I love the "Colonial Blue" color, which is more of a dark teal green color. It goes great in my bathroom and matches my dark teal shower curtain almost perfectly! These towels have stayed very soft, and are very absorbent as well. Yes, they DO shed for the first couple of washes. Do yourself a favor, and wash them in COLD water with good detergent and NO fabric softener, then dry them on LOW heat without using dryer softener sheets. You may need to do this 2-3 times before you use them. Then, the shedding stops. If you follow these guidelines, they stay really soft and don't shed. Because they are a little heavier quality, they do take a little while to dry when hanging after a shower. I run a tower fan aimed in from the doorway of my bathroom for an hour or so after showering to help them and my bathroom to stay dry (I don't have a window I can open). I will be buying more of these towels!

The light blue towels were true to color. They were thinner than I expected but they washed great, are very soft and have good absorbency. Thicker towels aren't always better. I've bought other brands in stores that unravel. These towels are the nice quality I've been looking for.

We got the grey towel set and love them! They do give off lint in the wash the first few times, so definitely wash alone. They absorb well and are very soft. The washcloth is fluffier than what I was used to, but I really like it as well. We hope to get another set of these towels soon.

These towels are amazing! I bought both this and the 6-piece set in dark red. Very soft towels that are comparable to -but not quite as spectacular- as other luxury towels I've used. After a quick inspection for any issues (loose strings, edges, sewing, etc.) I threw them in the wash on warm water (no detergent, no softener) then tumble dry low. Yes, there was an absurd amount of lint, but nothing to get upset about, so I did another cycle, then another cycle before there was no/very little lint. Overall, I'm giving these towels 4-stars. They are a great buy for someone looking to upgrade their towels at an affordable cost. The only reason I am giving 4-stars instead of 5-stars is because the color doesn't quite match what you see. I was expecting these to be a true, burgundy, but alas, they are not. Maybe in comparison to the company's red towels, but not what I would consider to be burgundy.
