Good value for the money. Easy to use once you figure out the way the staples are supposed to go in correctly. We just used it for our outdoor lights. So far, so good. We live in the desert so no snowfall here but we do get high winds and dust storms which may affect how these hold. I would purchase again. I did buy an extra set of staples in case I needed them, but the starter set it comes with were enough to do our perimeter of our house which is about 60 feet. ... show more

The stapler I would not buy again it is very weak and crappy first strand brand new strands I've had button at the end of last Christmas season and put a staple right through two wires.

    • Fantastic value, but you get the power that you paid for
I paid about $15 for this staple gun... It feels like its made of plastic with metal parts inside and the power is a bit lacking.. I used it for running Ethernet cables along the crown moulding in my gaming room between the router and my PC's. I would recommend it simply due to the price and the fact that it works..but be prepared for some frustration as you have to redo every 3rd staple due to lack of power pushing them in. ... show more

I put up my Christmas lights with this. I read a lot of reviews that said it wasn't that great (I tend to read the bad ones) but I was pleasantly surprised to find how easy it was. Nope, not all of the staples went in. And yep, I suppose because they didn't drive in all the way, all the time the staple way shapped a little wonky. I got the staples that are made for wires. But it was still fast and easy. 90-95% of the staples went in securely. And it was easy to use and didn't require much force. ... show more

It’s not a bad cable tacker when it works, few jams here and there , lacks a bit of power but what can you expect for the price . Buy extra staples if you plan on using this brand and you’ll be fine. Also make sure to have a hand vac ready because 3 quarters of the staples won’t stick. I’ve done carpet installation I know staples lol. ... show more
