I won't know it if protects as good as my previous brand, but if, ...ok WHEN..., I significantly drop my phone again and update toys review with how well it protected my screen. I did have to reset my biometric password, which is to be expected because the touch feel is different. My phone sensitivity level was previously set to accommodate a screen cover. Most screen covers I've had do not mention this in the instructions, so if you're having issues getting your biometrics to work adjust the sensitivity level accordingly and redo your biometrics. ... show more

The screen protector from the new company turned bright green/pink when I wore my sunglasses in the car. It made reading the screen really difficult.     • Super difficult to remove for me!

This would have been 5 stars but when I went to remove my first screen protector (which had minor chips and small cracks on it), it was a PAIN to remove. It didn't come off as one or more separate bits. I had to slowly chip it away. It was really stuck to my screen and I had to remove it when a box cutter blade. Took me like 20 min to completely remove all the remnants and it was sketchy af to use the blade. Luckily I didnt scratch my screen. I'm hesitant of putting another on. Product protected my phone from a bad impact to the screen. My phone fell inside my reclining coach and I likely closed the recliner with the phone in inside the couch. Amazing! We had previously used the cheap protector that came with a phone case. What a difference the glass makes! The touch screen works better and the image is crisper too. The accompanying stickers to use the "hinge method" of install is kinda brilliant too. Well done 👍

I used these for my other Galaxy phones and like them very much. They protect the surface, are easy to clean, and don't fall off. One caveat, however. You cannot set or use the fingerprint function to unlock the phone. Swipes and all other touch functions work perfectly, but not the fingerprint.

Yeah it's easy to put on, seems to be tough and rugged and finger and stylus easily glides across the screen, HOWEVER, using the fingerprint sensor to unlock the phone is a real pain. Took a day and a half to register my print, and that was after I peeled the screen cover up to use the sensor on an uncovered screen. Deleted my stored prints and started from scratch. Finally got my print stored but it takes several attempts to get phone to unlock (if I'm lucky), otherwise I get bombarded with messages like... "fingerprint not recognized, press harder, hold finger on longer, cover whole sensor with finger, (and the always pleasant message) try again in 30 seconds." All my phone settings are where they should be, and the funny thing is is that my wife has the exact same phone and the only problem she has is she might have to hold her finger down a second longer. Still not sure all this frustration is worth it. ... show more
