I really love my new blanket and happy with the price! Of course the first thing I did was wash it on delicate and dried it on low. That being said it came out perfect and the light blue color I chose is beautiful. The media could not be loaded. I bought this to replace a cotton blanket that had become snagged. I wanted something that looked like a bedspread, but felt like a light blanket. I also wanted one that was oversized so that it would drape nearly to the floor on my thick mattress. This one does all that and looks nice doing it. I am a hot sleeper, so I prefer lightweight blankets that I can layer in case I get hot or too cool. I like a longer spread on my bed so, even though I have a queen I ordered a king sized spread. It was perfect! After the first laundering it shrunk to the size of a queen. After the second laundering it shrunk even more.

I was skeptical at first due to other reviews however, I'm pleasantly surprised with this . It arrived quickly in a zipped plastic package. The weave of the blanket is fairly tight and the blanket is light weight without being flimsy. I laundered in cold water on delicate and line dried. I just finished making up our king size bed/with deep /oversized mattress and there is ample length and width. I'm confident we will not be playing tug of war with the blanket since there is at least a 6 inch drape on each side of the bed. It's perfect! ... show more
