The 18lb washing machine is accurate in its description. The delivery was super fast and used smart packaging, just enough to protect the item without wasting material. The washer is quiet and remains very stable during both the wash and spin cycles. I have respected the load capacity and it works really good. I’ve done about 10 loads so far without any problems. To drain the water while keeping the machine on the floor, it is helpful to use buckets so the water flows slowly and safely. The washer cleans very well, and the spinner takes the water out of the clothes efficiently. I feel that the price was fair and the seller was transparent about shipping costs. Other sellers often add hidden charges at checkout without warning, which can double the cost and feels like a bad-faith strategy. I highly recommend this seller!

I bought this machine to wash my Guinea pigs bedding. The machine it’s self is great, it washes their bedding perfectly. The stains come out after one wash. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the hoses and power chord are to short. The drain only protrudes away from the machine 1 foot, so I am limited on where I can use the machine. I have to put it on top of a storage bin and have it draining into the toilet. The hose that is suppose to load water into the machine doesn’t even fit, I don’t know why they even gave me that hoses, I had to buy the “Rinsezero” shower cleaning thing so I can manually put water in the machine. The power chord is also too short. If you have a large bathroom the power outlet can be on one side of the bathroom and the shower/tub can be on the other side . The machine is only as good as the tools provided. If you don’t have the proper hoses for the machine it makes it difficult to use, rendering it not useable. Please provide better hoses.

Alright, long review is it to expected with something like this so go to the Pro & Cons, if you don't want read everything. Let me say in my book is worth the price so if you wondering yes or no - just buy it its worth it!! Now I had to get this unfortunately cause my spouse hogs the washer. My mother & I need to clean items too -_- . Quick tidbit - I have some cosplays, Pin-Up & Burlesque Outfits besides the normal clothes my mom & I have. This washer is good for us - creatives & artists too. Yes, you do have to both washing & rinse cycle but few extra mins is nothing to make sure clothes/items are clean before spin-drying. Currently I had this washer since the start of April so beside the large, delicate/sensitive, or complicate items, I use this washer frequently. I put this to many different tests this thing has washed multiple undergarments, 2 types of pin-up dresses, pillowcases, Ms. Pac Man cosplay, my mom's Pikachu plushie, thick knit sweaters, & a twin sheet. All items are intact, cleaned better than if I used the normal washer & the spinner-dryer really get all the water out of the items even if I may have to spin them more than once before air drying. Again, I know it seems pricey but I had it for over 90 days that about $1.80 each day that's more than enough for me to justify doing laundry when I want unbothered, how I want, & no squabbles about the main washer. Pros: •This 17.6LBS washer/spinner-dryer can clean & wring dry for sure. •Nice size similar dimensions to a vertical file cabinet so it fits in a small bathroom well. •The fill & drain hoses work for me in my bathroom size & are a good quality. •Good size washer compartment(fits a twin sheet with room for a pillowcase if I wanted) •Washer & dryer compartments have clear max limit indicators •Clear lid help when watching the load wash/drain. •The Spinner-Dryer really wring out all water from item so it can air dry faster or short normal dryer cycle. •The dial knobs are secure, study not going get loose or mess up so far. •Easy understandable timeframe on operation when using the machine. •Make doing a small load effortless. •Work with laundry powder, liquid, bar, flakes & fabric softener without issue. •Most important - it save time in long run, give little peace of mind with it comes to doing laundry, easy to setup & to put away. Cons: •The Spinner-Dryer compartment is not as big so it can normally take about half the load of what was washed. •Spinner-Dry may need to used twice to get all water out depending on the item(the Pikachu plushie or twin sheet) •The Fixing hoop is terrible! I use a zip tie to keep the hose on my faucet. • The Drain hose work well but you will need use little gravity have it get all the water out or there will be a surprise in hose for you. These last 2 are personal cons, but keep in mind: •That due to the house I'm at the flooring is uneven I can hear the washer-dryer shift/move from its original position sometimes while in use I'll have to fix it. •If you have items with ribbon/string attached there is a chance they will get caught in the pulsator-agitator (I got a mesh washing Bag to fix this issue).

First there was a whole issue with the shipping dates being pushed out to almost a week after receiving a confirmation email saying it would be here in 2 days! Now I go to use it for the 2nd time today, with this washer being the 3d time I have owned a portable washer so I am aware that it isn't the quietest item. I put some socks and a small towel in to wash and I start hearing a weird, louder than usual for these washers type noise. It is happening when the agitator moves and it sounds like a grinding sound with an occasional sound of something like a marble moving around. I stop the wash, check inside the washer to make sure there isn't anything in the tub, and continue to wash. Same grinding sound with the loose marble sound. Again, this is my second time using this and with the first time only washing a small baby blanket and it being stationary in the same place since it's last use. It sounds like a screw may have come loose and now the middle agitator part may be loose, which isn't washing correctly!. I have immediately requested a refund and do not want a replacement. I am going to spend a little more and get a better quality machine. Do not buy this! You will regret it, just like I did today.

Was piling sneaker boxes in a corner when decided to get a shelf an bought this. For the past 3 months its been perfect, never put more than 5 tees weight to wash & spin, any thing bigger I wash & spin by itself like a sweatshirt or jeans. I don't wash bedding but pillow cases...1 towel at a time. I wash every Sat usually 2-3 loads. Good for one person or small kids, NEVER USE ODER BLASTERS! On the rack and towel can barely hear it outside the room. Definitely elevate for draining. To carry & pour 5L bucket is good.
